dressing room. he's accused of reaching under the door to take pictures with his phone. they say he drove away in a bmw. now to the latest on the septa slowdown. inspectors found an issue with 18 of the newly repaired cars this weekend. they are off the tracks again. septa blamed it on a design plum. 129 rail cars were pulled from service in july to fix a structural flaw. septa says it will have all the trains back on the tracks by november. one of philadelphia's largest employers is moving, but not leaving the area. denise nakano has more. >> reporter: you may remember aramark was considering a move. today governor wolf joined aramark in announcing they're staying in the city.

the company has been headquartered in philadelphia for decades. now they'll relocate farther west on market. they'll move into a fully renovated nine-story building located at 2400 market street near the banks of the schuylkill river. here is what the renovations will look like when compete. aramark is expected to begin transitioning some staff members to that location in the fall of 2018, with a full move estimated by the end of that year. aramark employs about 14,000 people in pennsylvania, 6500 of them are here in philadelphia. denise nakano, nbc 10 news. new at 6:00, general mills made up its mind and decided it's closing its vineland plant. nbc 10 told you in july about the possibility it would close. today the company confirmed it would close the manufacturing facility in the first quarter of

in philadelphia. 81 degrees. we got up to 84 today but it didn't feel like it. beautifully clear across most of the area. look how bright and blue that sky is in lehigh valley. we've seen temperatures go well into the 90s in delaware last week. some places, not even in the 80s with all this sunshine. newark, 77. glasgow, 77. tallivill talliville, 78. georgetown, 76. and remember last week, we even had the feels-like temperatures, 105 at bethany beach? right now, the temperature 73 degrees. what a change. now, we're not going to be keeping this comfort all week. but we are certainly going to be keeping the sunshine for another day. no doubt about that. and so it's comfortable, except for wednesday.

we've got that one day where it's going to get up to 93 in philadelphia. then it drops. dover, 91. then it drops into the 70s for highs. allentown, 91, then down into the 70s toward the end of the week. wildwood, 88, going down into the 70s as well. now, we've also had a real lack of rain. we need some. the only rainy day we've had so far this month was the first day of the month. all of these days with the orange. that's dry weather or predict dry weather through saturday. we're predicting rain for sunday. and that's about it. so some folks are looking for some opportunities for rain. and where are they coming from? from wisconsin. it's going to take a while. watch what happens to all of this. as we go into wednesday, wednesday morning we're still clear. wednesday afternoon, we're still
