what can you tell us? >> reporter: i can tell you it comes nearly one month to the day since the girl's death in camden. we do have a photo of him. he is originally from camden and sources say he was taken into custody some 750 miles from here in clarksville, tennessee. he was living or staying with a relative there believed to be his uncle. he was taken into custody on a murder warrant overnight. she one of as many as five shooters involved in a gang fight august 25th as gabby hill carter played outside of her home. she was stuck isn't truck in th bully. she t two women charged with lying to

detectives and hindering prosecution within the last week. we learned gabby's family moved by where she was killed. we are working to get more information about brown. it is unclear how long he has been staying in the area of clarksville, tennessee. we are told he is in the montgomery county jail there. it is hard to know when he will be extradited. nbc 10 news. breaking news, our sisters station in new york reporting that key members of the new jersey assembly have begun researching whether or not to bring articles of impeachment against chris christie. jurors in the bridgegate trial

could hear information from david weinstein. two former allies of governor christie accused of calling for the closures. allegedly it is for not endorsing christie. we have details about the person hurt on the blue route. this was along i-476 overnight. drivers were stranded on the highway for hours. here was the scene following the crash. you can see the first responders looking beneath the front end of that big rig. there is a car under that tractor trailer. one person was transport today the hospital and that person is in stable condition. there were five to six vehicles involved in this accident including a second tractor trailer. there was a huge back up.
