>> they're going to try and rig the election at the polling booth where so many cities are corrupt. called for trump supporters to observe at the polls november 8 to ensure fairness. elsewhere today -- vice presidential picks for clinton. one of the 39 names listed including former president of the university of pennsylvania judith roden. hillary's president the former president made several stops in our area today to campaign for the democratic nominee. bill clinton spoke to several hundred students and supporters here at montgomery public college in blue bell.

little bit. in philadelphia, the normal high this time of year is actually 66 degrees, and we have hit 84 in philadelphia, one degree away from a record high temperature. 77 wilmington, allentown at 7, vineland 74, trenton 78, atlantic city sitting at 72 degrees. look at all the warm air to our south and off to our west. this is going to stick around tomorrow. then that cool air you see at the top of your screen, that's going to eventually move in in time for your weekend, so you will need a jacket this weekend. not today or tomorrow. here are the records we have sit. wilmington 84, trenton 83 degrees. tomorrow i think we'll set more records. allentown, redding, trenton, atlantic city and wilmington, just some spots that could also be setting some record high temperatures for your wednesday. we'll see those rain chances increasing and a much bigger cooldown for the weekend. i'll show you that forecast

long. >> reporter: yesterday her substitute bus driver left her on that corner instead of delivering her to her parents right here at this doorstep. and now the philadelphia school district admits it's having problems with this school bus vendor where safety is concerned on two dozen routes. >> this is my kid. she's 7. even if she didn't have autism, how do you leave a 7-year-old and not know where they're going. >> elizabeth admits she was four. >> if you would have been doing this interview yesterday, there would have been a whole lot bleeps. >> when a substitute driver left her on the corner alone, violating the disabilities affidavit and district protocol for door to door care, she lost her cool.

autistic parent. >> reporter: the bus company did call to apologize for this mis, but has yet to say if there will be any punishment for this driver. last minute negotiations are under way right now in harrisberg to avoid a teacher's strike, a walkout could cancel classes at colleges in central pennsylvania. the strike could affect four schools. faculty members have been working without a contract for more than a year and have concerned about rising health care costs. the deadline for a deal is 5:00 a.m. tomorrow. without an agreement, thousands of professors will walk out. >> do we want to strike? no, we do not want to strike. will we strike? absolutely. >> i have an 8:00 class tomorrow and if i don't see any professors on campus, i'm going to stop in, take a look around and head home. >> a long strike could affect
