>> and brandon you spoke with the owner of the home where the plane came down, what did she have to say? >> reporter: that woman lives on the other side of the trees here. investigators won't likely remove this small plane until tomorrow, an officer is making sure no one gets too close. we can tell you the owner of the plane wasn't on board when it crashed in the backyard. nbc 10 learned the pilot and passenger rented this plane and left for an airport in medford. plane crashed on east lindenwold avenue. both men were conscious and breathing at the time they went to the hospital. the woman who lives in the home where the plane crashed says it's common for planes to fly through this area here in south jersey. >> sometimes planes fly a little low. but usually we don't have any issues.

morning. there are 14 pennsylvania state universities in all. west chester is among the five schools in our region. the others include east stroutd stroudsberg and cookstown. >> what is the feeling on campus there tonight. >> this is the scene we're seeing at college campuses across pennsylvania. professors on the picket line as you can see a big group of them joined by students. we can tell you that the campus is actually open for students to come and go instead of a geography test. their professors are on strike. >> i think a lot of students are supporting them because i feel like most of them like the picket signs. >> thousands of university professors upset about a

contract offer they say hurts teachers and weakens education. >> they to low ball them. when you low ball faculty at that level, the better ones find better jobs elsewhere. >> reporter: computer science professor dan spiegel says the new contract forces them to pay more for health care. >> it's an increase in co-pays,co-pays, an increase in deductible. >> reporter: to the costs are rising for everyone and they need to save money done are already paid well above the national average. we're also paying tuition. >> students fear a prolonged strike could affect grades and financial aid, even the semester. >> i think they can get rid of

air grades if it lasts too long. >> i hope they don't get rid of the grades because i've been getting as and bs so far. >> reporter: professors unclear how long this strike is going to last. in addition to that health care issue, faculty has concerns about the salary forred a underprofeunde a underprofessors. >> there are 14 state schools on strike, but penn state and temple university not among them and that's because they are not considered state owned schools even though they do get some money from the state. now to our weather, that is so warm today, it's breaking records, a live picture of the art museum, some people enjoying the run up the rocky steps on a beautiful, sunny day.
