professors have been on the picket lines for the past three days. professors at all 14 pennsylvania state universities walked off the job on wednesday. five of those schools are in our region. millersville, west chester, cheyney, and cookstown. >> there will be a lot of relief there among those picket lines. >> reporter: you want to see all the excitement? that's behind us. there's no excitement here because it ended about 15 minutes ago. there were bands playing, it was quite a scene here, but those picketers, as they got notified on their phones and tablets, they are getting together to discuss the situation that came out today. the union did not release a lot of the details, but they say they conceded on salary and benefit demands to get the kids back in the classrooms and the teachers back in the classrooms, they did say 349 things that the

state wanted to implement have been rescinded. at least tonight they can tell you a and certainly here at west chester where it's homecoming weekend. the strike is over, and certainly all these kids have had three days off for class, they're going to be back in class on monday. i don't think too many kids were complaining about that. but a lot of these kids were out here with their professors supporting them. i have also heard from a lot of parents who said, we paid tuition, we want this to end no matter how it happened, we want these kids back in the classroom to start learning again. we're going to break down our trucks and move over there, we'll get back to you as soon as we can. but the big news right here, the celebrating that was going on few minutes ago, the strike of the state college university system is now over. now to our weather, and take
