could be this man identified as stephen gingras. this photo was taken during a robbery one week ago in salem, new hampshire. that robbery also took place at a citizens bank inside a grocery store. jc: police now say some of the animals found dead on a westport farm died of starvation. more than 1,000 animals were taken from the site earlier this month many of them dead, injured, or mistreated. investigators are pouring over evidence found at the farm including 17,000 photos. no one has been charged. a convenience store in western mass raided people inside accused of selling heroin. three men were arrested at the holyoke mini mart. it was one of four locations in the town where 5600 bags of the drug were seized as well as $19,000 in cash. several more arrests were also made. ben: a $25.6 million settlement over curt schilling's 38 studios. the state of rhode island reached the deal with two of the

dana bacchus has the latest. dana: across the west, the firefight doesn't seem to be ending. at yellowstone national park, the flames are growing bigger and more firefighters are being called in to help. in washington state, several fires have burned more than a dozen homes. there's there are working on the ground and around-the-clock to establish containment lines to protect bin evacuation orders are in place, people watching and waiting anxiously. six fires are burning across california, hundreds of homes destroyed. 10,000 firefighters are trying to make sure the number doesn't rise. on california's coast, flames charred more than 50 miles of drought dried brush.

really nice summer night. tomorrow i could even touch 90 in a few spots. lawrence could be around 90, interesting that concord may start out around 50. a 40 degree rise in temperatures tomorrow, but the air will still be rather dry relatively speaking for this time of year. of course the flip side of the coin is that we need the moisture and we certainly won't get it out of you have to get pretty far out to the midwest before you see storms. that is the front that will be in our vicinity. we have seen the cool side of this high-pressure area and now we will see the warmer side, and eventually the more humid side, with the chance of a thunderstorm on friday. the tropics, this is the strongest system, a tropical storm.
