she amended the permanent protection order allowing her ecstasy both her and the four-year-old son they share. rosa writing the reason she wanted visitation rights was so that "the defendant and i can do things together as a family." the single mother's body was discovered yesterday at her methuen home. according to family members delarosa dropped the boy off with them. they called police and he has not been seen since. in -- this affidavit, the victim rights, he grabbed me by the neck telling me his child would be left without a mom. she continued to write, i'm scared for my life. emily: a deadly crash in danvers . a 70-year-old woman killed while walking this morning. sky 5 was over the scene on hobart street.

danvers police say the driver involved is cooperating with the investigation and they are looking into a possible solar glare as a cause. the name of the victim is not being released but police say she is from danvers. state police say a man was hit by a car on route 24 north. about 9:45. police tell us the victim's car was in the breakdown lane that is unclear where he was when he was struck with the memos airlifted to rhode island hospital with seriousnj erika: a reward is being offered to help catch a brockton man who police believe recently robbed two banks in less than a week. 36-year-old russell williams has been charged with two counts of unarmed robbery, actively being sought by police for the august 7 robbery at harbor one bank. police believe williams rob the webster bank on oak street september 1. there is a reward for anyone who

accused of threatening parents in children with this knife outside in elementary school. police say they arrested the unidentified 36-year-old thursday morning near otis elementary. parents say the man threatened them as they walked children into the building. erika: braintree police say this woman has been found safe. patricia devine suffers from alzheimer's disease. her family was concerned she had been dropped off at logan airport for a flight to florida but they could not make contact with her. circumstances of how she was found e point but police saying she is safe. cindy: another gorgeous day. sunny and dry. there are some potential changes on the way. parts of southern new england tomorrow afternoon and marginal risk of some thunderstorms going severe with potentially damaging

and as a society based on the greatest degree of safety, fairness and informed consent. it comes as a most unpleasant fact that in this growing age of transparency our presidential campaign more closely resembles one of those aerial photographs of a disappearing lake in drought stricken california. transparency has evaporated and receded to previously unprecedented levels. tax returns, financial records, transcripts or detailed health records, what is not seeing, both candidates willingness to provide as much information as possible to make the most informed decision on november 8. this development applies to both major party candidates and both bear responsibility for raising the level of candor in the remaining weeks before election day. we've come to expect greater transparency from all of our most important institutions.
