marijuana to that man, but eventually agreed to meet with him and the suspect got in the victim's car. the man who called himself mike was identified as 27-year-old keith herrod of briton. he told him to get out of the car because he wanted to speak with the victim's girlfriend and he refused. that's when he shot the victim. the victim fell out of the seat and the victim's girlfriend ran out of the car and that's when the suspect took off in the victim's >> she ran over to the victim and saw he was bleeding in the shoulder and put pressure on the wound. >> the victim was taken to the hospital where he died. >> the officers from everett police department contacted the monitoring and they were identified she was on the street at the time of the shooting. >> the suspect's attorney declined to comment. they revoked the suspect's
