are some of the several run-ins with police. new tonight, police in fairview park are investigating what they're calling a suspicious death. they found a 32 years old woman dead during a welfare check at a home on west 2 21st street. police did not find any evidence of an obvious cause of death, and it could take months before all of the lab results to come in from the medical examiner's office. a new development has been springing up in downtown cleveland a ohio city. developers have their eyes on one of the busiest intersections in all of cleveland. two years after the project the job site sits idle. there appears to finally be some movement on the huge project, paul. >> reporter: chris that could be the case. that fence behind me went up around the site more than two years ago. since then nothing has happened. but that could be about to change. take a look at these renderings. they show plans for a new
