officers, swat team members. they just brought in a swat team canine to the scene. it is an active scene right now . we are being kept at a safe distance. police say this all started with the car crashing into a pole. the car landed in the front yard of a house. one person inside the car was a check and take into metro. the other person ran into a house and believe to be armed at this point. at first it appeared to be a hostage situatio out of the house okay. a crisis negotiator can be heard over a bullhorn saying, this is the parma police department, the side doors open. please come out with her hands up. day cares and schools within mann mile -- one-mile have been put on lockdown. that is the active scene down here. when we get more information we will update you.

the fbi is looking into whether introduction a north ridgeville could be linked to 2 recent kidnappings. one was in the metals lake neighborhood. the man slipped into -- meadows lake neighborhood. the man slipped into the home and grabbed a little girl while she was sleeping. the little girl managed to get away and ran back home. the fbi believes this may be connected to the kidnapping of the six-year-old girl was taken from her cleveland home and illyria. if you have information call the fbi or the police department . there is a $20,000 reward being offered. a warning for you if you have visited the downtown cleveland social security office recently. you may have been exposed to dangerous pesticides. workers in the downtown cleveland's social security office said the office had been treated for bedbugs but the wrong chemicals were used.

right now mazda is recalling more than 2 million vehicles worldwide. the automaker says the rear hatch good fall on you unexpectedly. they say the lift supports for the hatch can corrode over time and break because the factory did not apply enough corrosion protection if the recall affects more than 759,000 vehicles in the us and canada. the recall includes certain 2010 cars. the 2012 to 2015 mazda 5 vans, the 2013 to 2016 cx 5 and the 2016 cx 3 suv. the biggest bank in the country has made a shocking convection -- confession, thousand of it's own employees were opening up fake accounts

about 5300 employees over the past several years for creating those fake accounts. those employees were even making up fake emails addresses and then the bank took real money from actual customers. their where fees on accounts the customers did not know they had. the scheme, the theft, fraud, the crimes had gone on for 5 years. >> this wasn't a few shenanigans on the side, this was industrial scale. >> investigators from the consumer financial protection bureau said the employees were trying to hit sales targets and get bonuses for the additional accounts. >> wells fargo now has to pay a fine of $185 million. as well they have to give $5 million in refunds to customers. how would you like to win one half-million dollars?
