plea including involuntary manslaughter and child endangering and tampering with evidence. a family friend was already sentenced to four years. a 4th person, donald pelagin will be sentenced later this month. he pleaded guilty to heroin possession. and we have some breaking news for you right now. we are learning about an attempted luring near a local school just about an hour ago. we are told the girl at lincoln prep school was approached by a man in a black truck walking home on a west 42nd street. a girl ran back to school and toll is safe with the principal right now. we will keep you updated on the story and bring you details of the story as it unfolds. the driver accused of hitting and killing a trooper last month was back in court. a judge lowered josh gaspar's bond to $500,000. his attorney asked for that reduction after gaspar's doctors said he was on prescription drugs.

as she was riding her bike home from school. joe pagonakis like right now where the reported interaction happened. >> and the incident happened right here at the intersection of west 44th in front of the small convenient store on cleveland's west side before 4:00 this afternoon. the principal at lincoln preparatory school verified that the girl was approached intersection. police are trying to figure out whether or not there are surveillance video here and at this location. the principal told me the elementary school student did the right thing quickly riding back to the school to report the situation to school authorities. the student was unharmed and the principal verified that obviously the student was very shook up. her parents quickly returning to the school to pick her up and take her home. police at this hour working off a very limited description of
