saying... cleveland police also investigating a homicide this morning on the east side around 8:00. officers were called to the usa food mart east 123rd street where a 30-year-old man was found lying in the parking lot with a gunshot wound. according investigators the victim and the shooter got into an argument before the shooter took off. well, a the cuyahoga county sheriff's department is facing accusations he used a fake badge to get out of a traffic stop. earlier this month demir houston was pulled over by newburg heights police for going other 103 miles per hour on i-77. the officer pulled houston over, approached the car. that is when the driver flashed a badge. the officer scolded him and told him he was going to call sheriff's office but then he
