as we found out it turned deadly serious when a neighbor walked outside with a gun. >>reporter: the victims tonight, a father and two sons surviving a close call with an aggressive neighbor. the situation had bullets flying by their head from just 100 feet away. >>right when i saw the hand in the jacket i knew he had a gun. >>reporter: the young man who did not want to show his face on camera says it turned out he was right. this man jeffrey estrada did have a gun and he seemed ready to use it. >>i go through there all the time, something like that happens in the blows my mind. >>reporter: he said around 8:00 last night his motorcycle broke down in such as county, his father showed up with the soon after estrada approach them cussing and threatening the man to quote get off of his road.

as we said citrus, fernando, pasco , polk, there is a decent chance of a little bit of frost if you look at these temperatures up to 10 degrees colder than this time yesterday. we are colder but with the wind going down i think that leads to pretty decent possibility for frost across part of the area. lower 50s across the main hub from into clearwater to st. pete. skies remain clear. earlier today we only hit 62 that is 12 degrees below normal we should be in the mid-70s, by sunday i think we will be. this will be one more day that we have to deal with the extremely chilly air and in a starts to warm up and that roller coaster ride continues. satellite picture, you are hard- pressed to find any cloud cover across the entire area, it will be the same tomorrow and then on sunday.
