joining the manhunt for a manate county killer. he is accused of murder back in december. they are offering a $2,000 arrest. a murder that happened more than a decade ago on one of the bay area's busiest streets. they created a new video. david kneel was driving his ford pick up truck when a passenger in a passing car shot him. the man was a father of two and his wife is still haunted by questions 11 years later. >> was he driving too slow? or what was he doing? just because they wanted to shoot? i think that's the most why? >> crime stoppers is offering a reward up to $3,000 leading to

a pedestrian struck crossing the road has now died. action air one was above the scene. police say a 51-year old man started to cross the street and pause to wait for traffic but then actually stepped in front of a car. officers saying that driver did not have enough time to stop. no charges are expected. tesh showed the victim had a blood alcohol level of .2. -- -- tests. good evening, everybody. still rain free. a lot of clouds out there. the clouds have rolled through the area. look what's on the horizon. it's prepretty decent showers and thunderstorms. we're tracking that and it's approaching the area first thing tomorrow morning.

temperatures today about where they should be this time of year. 75 is about right. down in the mid 50s and that also is about right. so there's a look at the satellite picture and the cloud cover came in bright and early this morning. didn't keep our temperatures down. some folks near 80 degrees. that's a sign of things to come. everybody with the exception of the immediate coastline is in the 80s starting early next week. we have to deal with higher dew points and moisture increasing out ahead of the front. our threat is 0 and really our threat of anything more than widely scattered showers extremely low as well. partly cloudy skies will remain wild and early in the morning there comes the front. by 6:00 the rain out ahead of it is through our northern counties. by about 8:00 or 9:00 things begin to wind down more so. so this is another look at our
