hull hogan's lawyers are laying team marco rubio telling supporters in one state not to vote for him. what's behind the strange request. joining us. i'm wendy ryan and i'm ashley glass. police searching for the suspects that they shot at a three-year old girl and a man. abc action news join ashley york joins us live. how are the victims? >>reporter: the victims are expected to be okay, even the little girl shot in the stomach. police found the car the yet. i spoke with neighbors who say the violence needs to stop and that's crystal clear with children getting shot. >> i look at her and i think you know, i think about that baby because that could have been her.

parent or grand parent wants to think about -- a child shot -- but it happened right outside e va miller's front door and she heard it. >> it sounded horrible. very scary to know you live in a neighborhood where this takes place. >> reporter: neighbors heard shots yesterday afternoon. 23-year old terrell hole man and a three year old girl were hit on this porch on 10th avenue south. police still don't know what led daylight. >> it's getting bad. it's getting worse. >> reporter: miller says she's trying to move out this neighborhood to a safer one to protect her family. >> i would love to see a play. and they would be safe and nobody would ride up and down the road and shoot and trying to shot. let's stop the violence.

meantime she hopes police catch whoever is responsible for this violence. >> anybody that can hurt a child -- i mean, that's the heartless person. >> reporter: i spoke with police and they say that there were other people on that porch when the shooting happened and they're interviewing them now. as soon as we have updates we will share them on social media. one man is dead and another clinging to life after a shooting outside a bar. shots fired at 1:30 this morning in spring hill. detectives say when they got there one man was dead and the other victim flown to the hospital. deputies have not released his condition sxm it started as a fight inside a bar. one man next door says there seems like a recent spike in violence in this area. >> oh my goodness, yeah. seems like there's more of these

>> reporter: deputies say the gunmen was also hurt in the shooting. he surrendered when detectives showed up. we're still waiting to find out the names of those men involved. two men severely injured in a knife fight. deputies say the two men were arguing over a woman outside a home this morning and things got really physical. both men ended up getting cut and badly hurt. still unclear if these men will face criminal charges. tampa police putting four people in handcuffs after gunshots triggered a high speed chase. officers were checking reports of gun fired on yukon street. they arrested the driver at 56th street and corned the other car spinning out and stopping the

how are you doing, everybody? made it to another weekend. skies are clear across the area and that means no rain. the allergy sufferers are dealing with it over the past few weeks. pollen is high. low to mid 80s and we should be in the mid 70s. this is unusual. clear skies not so much. this is the time of year we dry out and see issues with brush fires now. that is not the case but something we have to keep our eyes on with breezy conditions. we need some rain. the timing won't be tonight. part of this weekend we will see rain but i'm not sold it will be as widespread as you might be thinking. we'll take a closer look at this. >> thanks ted. continuing coverage today on

they say the leaked tape is not the only example. lawyers showing other e-mails where a woman asked to get an intimate video of her pulled off their website. >> mr. delario wrote "blah blah blah". >> hogan's legal team brought expert analysts saying gawker's value bumped up $15 million after the sex tape. he spoke with us after today's testimony. >> of course it's embarrassing. human beings -- people make mistakes. you get up and move on. >> gawker responding saying the analysis of the tape value is questionable. that decision may come down on monday.

company pleading guilty for poisoning a florida boy. the owner was charged with two federal crimes. the boy suffered severe brain damage after his home was sprayed for termites. the workers didn't properly fumigate the home in august and admitted to lying about the pesticides they used. they could face up to a year in prison. hillary clinton getting campaign help here in the bay area from her daughter, chelsea. she spoke today in saint petersburg and sarasota. she's working right through her second pregnancy. she's encouraging people to vote for her mother. she's highlighting big topics from gun violence to health care.

if you're going to the beach, even sunday might not be a horrible day. it's still the beach and temperatures around 80 degrees especially compared to what's going on off to the west. this is a look at rainfall totals in the last 20 hours from new orleans back to baton rouge up towards hatties burg mississippi. that's just in 24 hours. they have been getting rain for three days. it's close to two feet of rain. now, for our neck of the woods whatever comes this way compared to what they have been dealing with, there won't be much. by the time the front makes it into our area you will see showers, maybe an isolated storm on sunday and nothing close to what's going on off to the north. temperatures right now are beautiful. low to mid 80s and a few upper 80s.

the morning? that means fog is a possibility. patchy fog could be around saturday morning. 84 in tampa. clearwater low 80s and they will stay that way tomorrow. you can't rule out an isolated interior shower but otherwise, looks like a nice day. this is what we have been looking at the last couple of days. cloud cover at times and more sun than clouds and those warm temperatures with the additional moisture, future cast shows there could be a few areas of patchy fog on saturday morning. if any rain develops tomorrow it will be more like what we see in the summertime, more moisture and warmth and a few isolated interior showers. i don't think there's storms. just maybe five% of the area could pick up a quick shower tomorrow.

i-75 so no issues tomorrow for anything close to the beach. sunday is another story. wake up sunday morning and you will see more clouds. then the rain. one thing you won't see is a line of significant rain rolling through and if there is any sort of line it's broken. so not a squall line. we're forecasting scattered showers around the area starting sunday morning. by the time we hit monday morning, maybe a third of an inch in some areas. we can get 2-3 inches of rain in the summertime in an hour. it will be cloudier sunday but not a wash out. it's going to stay warm. in fact, not just this weekend but this takes us right through a week from monday. ten days out we'll see blue color and cold air. look at florida. none of it. i'm telling you. i called it yesterday on facebook. winter is gone for this year.

this man walked one hour in the rain to face consequences of a traffic ticket. they didn't realize he was homeless but after seeing everything he went to, they paid his bus fare back to the shelter and the judge waived the fees of the ticket. they got an update today and he's starting a new job next week.
