broke out just after 1:30 this morning. the violence started with a fight inside the bar. detectives telling us the gunman was wounded. he surrendered. now to the whole sex tape trial. an expert witness testifying for hogan saying web traffic soared after posted that video. estimating the video upped the company's value. calling those figures artificially inflated. hogan is suing the site for one hundred million dollars. all new charges for a registered sex offender. say 28-year-old had sex with a 15-year-old girl and got her pregnant. telling us the victim identified him from an sna instagram photo. sheriff telling us he busted a guy who mocked him on

judge said a few days ago carr posted these photos saying you don't stop my show. but the sheriff did. deputies caught carr driving a stolen vehicle with drugs and a gun inside. good evening, everybody. here's a look at titan radar. we have been rain free for the last week. that will be changing by sunday. temperatures right now primarily in the upper 60s to low 70s, i do think fog could be a slight issue for some folks. if you're an early riser, say 5:00 or 6:00 there will be visibility less than a mile but watch how it burns off. overnight skies partly cloudy. mild with temperatures in the mid-60s, but then the rains arrive on sunday. we'll time it out for you coming up.

case of a poisoned florida boy. workers for a pest company now needing guilty to poisoning 10- year-old. the owner and an employee were charged with 2 federal crimes. he suffered severe brain damage after his home was -- for tear mates. the workers claiming they did not properly fumigate the home. both men now facing up to one year in prison. now to a bizarre story in lakeland. police tell us they caught a man using heroin at the police department. he walked in and went to the public restroom. just a short time later police heard a noise and a loud thump. officers went to check on him and found him checked out on the floor and drug paraphernalia was on the sink, warning about the dangers of spice.

landing in the er. reports at least 30 spice related calls. 12 came in just one day. that's compared to 17 calls in february. medical experts believe a new chemical compound or just a bad batch is responsible for the spike in these cases. overdosing on spice can cause serious complications including seizures and possibly death. the problem is that the user will say, well, i did that bad happened. but this time when they do it i'm having seizures, i'm having difficult lear yum, i'm out of my mind. at least one patient died surprise. part of the problem is the drug is legal to buy almost anywhere because struggling to keep up with the ever changing compounds.

is preparing for trial claiming the education system is failing students in hernando family. the group says all they want is a level playing field. >> the group fighting the state says students who go to schools like this one are paying the price because of budget cuts. the alphabet hanging, this is an ordinary classroom in hernando county. but if you take a closer look than some teachers. only 4 of them for an entire class to share. just one of many things administrators say they can't add more of. >> we have 67 school districts and yet the gap between the highest and lowest is more than 6000-dollar her student. >> part of a group raising awareness of the state's education formula.

probably be showing up sunday. not as severe. >> yeah. they had over 2 feet of rain there and for us we've had beautiful weather. it's so close you would think there would be some of that coming our way but not much. if you need absolutely positively need a sunny day to get something done outdoors this weekend, tomorrow is your day but sunday is not going to be all that shabby either. this is a look at that rainfall, over 20 inches of rain in the last 3 days from shreveport to new orleans and this is slowly lifting north and as it does so it is going to weak un. some scattered showers, maybe a quick storm on sunday. the temperatures now upper 60s, we hit the middle 80s today. 85 in tampa. that's only 2 degrees shy of the record high. right now 72 degrees in tampa. 68 in clear water. skies are clear and the winds are coming down.

looking at the chance of a little bit of fog. as i mentioned, 85, that's what we hit today. normal, 76. so we're almost 10 degrees above normal. one more warm day tomorrow and then things start to get back to normal but i still think we stay above 76 through next week. satellite picture, another beautiful week with temperatures all week long in the 80s, tomorrow morning you can see what future cast there there. if anything does develop it will be long gone by 9:30, 10. if you're going to the beach, there are so many things going on this weekend. the golf tournament, i mean, there is just a ton of fun. saturday. now sunday of course, that's the day when everything sort of

yes, there will be some rain coming through. it's not going to be a widespread rain event but there will be some scattered showers and it could last for a couple of hours. that may be something you may look at but you're not going to have to worry about it on saturday. sunday into monday you will begin to see some of that rain coming through and the heaviest amounts would be pasco, maybe pinellas, it is not going to be a huge deal but if you want to get something done on sunday you'll be dodging some showers. high temperatures along the coast, there's your sea breeze, mid-70s, inland, low 80s, then what we're saying is it's going to be a warm day interior and that warm air is not going anywhere.

but for florida it stays well to the north. i think we stay in the 70s and then some right on through the end of next week and that puts us closer to april if you get what i'm saying. that winter stuff, it's gone. water temperatures 65 degrees. there are your upcoming tides, so over the next 12 hours, here's your hour by hour forecast. partly cloudy skies as temperatures warm up in the 80s tomorrow and there's a most accurate 7 day, best chance will be sunday into monday with highs up near 80 and spring forward. after that poor performance earlier in the week, tk has all the highlights coming up next in sports.
