and, it was such a close call. and, if you have friends on the east coast drop them a call. this is a storm that could track at 5 pm, it has drawn closer and are reliable models continues to hinge that this is going to be a very close call. and at last check this is about 20 miles from the projective path. in the actual landfall the treasure coast now look at the margin of error, a lot of folks say that, it's coming this way. if it were to go west it would weaken significantly and i just don't think that it's there. we are very comfortable with this track. and, it's not nearly as much for us look how large this is.

everybody? lookinoutside. pretty gusty weather. and, we had a report of a brief waterspout, and that's about 25 minutes ago. but the funnel cloud was visible from the national weather service office. and, it briefly touched down as a waterspout. and, these continues to move from the east side of the state side. so, let's keep our eyes on this little cluster. and as i mentioned, there was a funnel cloud otherwise it should be offshore in the next minute or so. and, we should be quiet. temperatures are primarily in the lower to middle 80s. and, clouds have returned and with the clouds there are some thunderstorms. in fact, there is a storm right now. st. pete is 83.

are dry. if we start to see those. and they put push west. if you're going out this evening you're going to be dodging a few of these closer to the coast. and, overnight partly cloudy and dry. i wednesday morning just like we had today, a pretty decent start your wednesday. no impact whatsoever today with hurricane matthew. moisture streaming across. and, wh of the storms arriving after 4 pm. thursday morning that's when things begin to change down south. and you can even begin to see a little rotation going on in the eastern side of our viewing area. and of course, the track all depends on a number of things but whether or not it moves inland more than the current forecasted have a huge impact. for the time being these are

a track that i think this is close to the way it will play out. highlands county, and winds are 40 to 60 miles per hour later thursday first thing on friday morning. if you have closer to the coaster winds are only about 20 or 25. and in downtown tampa maybe thursday -- 30. it will not be a flood event. it will be a quick moving system. and, this is usually the nontraumatic side. and, regardless of where the east coast, the text is prepared. that's the message. because, this is going to get very close to the east coast of florida. whether or not it makes landfall, is a little too early to tell. and that is important. because those wins only extend maybe 30 or 40 miles out.

hurricane center will stick category for for at least the next 70 days. and, what concerns us the most when it comes into the east coast of florida it curves and rides it right along the eastern seaboard. and, to north carolina, potentially even into new england. his is a track unlike any i have ever seen in terms of storm staying the strong at least the next three f let's take a closer view into the latest impact, this is a track that shifted a little bit to the west. and, the european model takes this right along the coast and up the east coast of florida from melbourne to jacksonville in over towards savannah. this is a little bit more to the east. the hurricane center did what we call a blend.
