i think most of rain drops probably hold off until about 3, 4 o'clock in the afternoon. >> and then there will be a burst of some steady rainfall on the way for mid evening tomorrow. through overnight tomorrow night. most towns with today's rain picked up about a quarter to a half an inch of rain. i think there will be more on way with this next weather system. more likely to see upwards of an inch of rain good news is i think it's later in day tomorrow, and tomorrow night. so that will buy us some time to get out and about and do what you have to do. if travel for you tomorrow first part i dry if you're moving out of new england and heading south, you'll have rainy commute all way down 95 through southeast. and yes this will over sweep southern new england late tomorrow afternoon and tomorrow night. warmer weather though on way for christmas eve. we'll talk more about that coming up. >> now, from the night team, his criminal connection to the boston marathon bombers ended in tragedy. very difficult, but something i've got to live with.

being thrown away. >> homeless families staying boston danvers hotel said during a room inspection they were told their christmas trees would have to go. when i said what had to go he said the tree. i said christmas is in three days what do you mean tree has to go. he said it has to go. it's rules it's been in rules. michelle a mother of five said an inspector told her christmas tree was a fire hazard. if she didn't get rid of it she would get a noncompliance report and that could jeopardize the apartment she's waiting on. so i picked it up in front of him tossed it in trash my six-year-old started crying and said santa claus has no place to hut presents i'm happy i have a roof over my head and my children these children associated christmas with slaws. tenants living program say next day there was note informing them they could have christmas tree. department of housing officials say they are working with the state fire marshal to insure everyone is safe by providing guidance on acceptable christmas

a fare fight mbta rides could getting more expensive now we're learning some employees or racking up overtime pay. t fares could go up by as much 10 percent as soon as july. mbta faces a potential $242 million deficit in the next fiscal year. a big reason for that is all the money they are paying out in salary and overtime. nearly a quarter of all t worker are making $100,000 a year or more. rail operators make 30 percent more that. national averageand bus operators make 50 percent higher than the national average. in most extreme camp a maintenance foreman made $315,000 in 2015. he was able to more than triple his base salary because of back pay that was owed him and working 2648 hours of overtime. >> now taking a look at the recent controversy in the race for the white house. donald trump going after hillary clinton calling out the democratic presidential candidate for losing the

footage of guy stealing it. pretty like unfortunate like very eboneizer scrooge you can see man giving up on light on bushes but pocket one on ground. then he grabs the second one. nothing but a hood. and no lights. this is what the dorchester house usually looks like christmas time all lit up since i've living here in 1989, i do light show. everybody stop by. but he had had bad back with this year so opted for shortcut it wasn't cheap. each light more than $100. but worst it for the joy it brings. me and my mom always put lights on because driving an around neighborhood, always christmas time it's beautiful. with lights sold out and christmas just days away they say this scrooge needs to get himself back on santa's nice list. i wish he can bring it back to me. i give him $20 so i can get it back so i can enjoy the rest of the holiday.

helping out with project bread couldn't get whole crew busy times. wake upwe have ralph fee in his santa suit this year we're making hearty fisherman's stew here are all of our ingredients. you slice up sausage i will do onion and the peppers. cut chorizo in quarter inch slices i like test better of yellow and red think they are sweeter but i think three color peppers just makes it really pretty in the end. go ahooed and add chorizo we do lot of variations what every whatever you're liking we use chorizo and which is really hearty and delicious a lot of times we like to use turkey sausage going to get out all extra oil. a little bit of oil from chorizo and add all of our vegetables peppers, onions garlic cook this for about ten minutes until it's tender. we'll just add remaining ingredients except for chorizo

this chicken broth also calls for white wine i'll using all chicken broth today. we have tomatoes and here's salt and crushed red pepper flakes. you can also use fresh red pepper and chop that up. so we'll get this boiling now. and then we'll simmer it for 30 minutes so flavors can dop. all that left to add is sausage and fish as soon a shrimp curls you know you're good to go we love this during cold months so warm and yummy. and love it around the holidays. all right. so now it's time to enjoy. just want to thank each and every one of you for supporting project bread it means lot. from our home to yours, happy holidays. everybody says they are going try my recipe i hope you try that one if you see my son walker tell him to smile a little bit hayden she's gorgeous, isn't she i tried recipe by way you brought me some sample, just absolutely delicious i hope people try it at home.
