and -- -- he knocked her off her bicycle, she received some scrapes. it was strictly assault and battery. she was shakeen. reporter: police say a woman in her 50s was out for a walk when a man attacked her from behind, pushing her to the pavement. once she was on the ground, the man allegedally tr tryed to remove her clothes and reach for her underwear, but was unsuccessful. people nearby heard nearby heard the victim screaming. reporter: it makes you sick. reporter: the description of the suspect matched this man seen in surveillance video from a nearby store. now, police have located that man. 22 -year-old angel perez, after interviewing him, police arrested castro for assault and attempt to rape a disabled woman. >> this is something, obviously, we don't tolerate.

was scheduled to be arraigned in court. ash bipolice make a deadly discovery outside of this home, 2 bodies, a man and a woman. officers are still at the home looking for evidence as the community waits for answers. tim is live in ash bifor us tonight. reporter: detectives were here for the better part of 10 hours this afternoon into this evening, they just left in the last half hour, but many including exactly what lead up to this murder/suicide. 2 people found dead outside of this ash bihome in what the middlesex district attorney is calls an apparent suicide. the house is located near a thick wooded area in a rural town near fitchburg. bodies were discovered in front of the house, neighbors who lived there said the couple recently
