heather salinsa was found bring of raping two teen-agers in 2014 and sharing nude photographs of herself with them. the 40 yearly was arraigned in court today. she pleaded guilty to numerous charges including two counts each of child rape and child enticement. a judge sentenced her to four years in state prison as well as three years of probation. a plymouth man in court today on charges he removed police memorial flags from an overpass. 60-year-old david hickman was arraigned on three coun property and damage to a memorial. those flags were a part of a 9/11 member arial on an overpass on route 6 in barnstable p two witnesses rushing to rescue a woman after her car goes new flames in bourne. the victim is recovering today following the serious crash. police say he was driving along route 6 a subbed morning when she lost control of her car and it slammed right into a utility pole. two people who saw that crash then pulled her out of this burning car. the woman suffered minor injuries. state police continue to investigate a fatal boat crash

victims have not been identified but police did say the victim are 39-year-old new hampshire man who died at the scene. a 67-year-old maine man who remains in critical condition and a 72-year-old maine man who suffered minor injuries. officials say no foul play is suspected. >> anchor: police are searching for two male suspects for attempt adsalt with a dangerous weapon. police say two females were leaving a quincy bar back on september 1 when two men asked for a ride to a hotel. the suspects ran off after threatening to hit one of the women with a police in wrentham serving for two shoplifting suspects. they say the two women in this video stole from the aeropostale store. one suspect distracted employees while the other stole the clothing. >> anchor: caught on camera a junior college football player in california now facing charges after he punches a referee. the ref stepped in to try to break up a fight during a game on saturday. then one player took a swing at him and knocked him right to the

up to the podium so we're going to go over to that and listen i. at 5:45 a.m. this morning methuen police received a call for a wellness check here at 5 tutor street in health uniof the opinion arrival and with a necessity of forced entry they found wanda rosa, 29, of this address, five true door street unresponsive. she was taken to the hospital. she was pronounced at that point in time short as a result of that and further investigation by the methuen and mass state police a pen of interest is something sought. we're asking for the public's assistance. his name is emilio della rosa, 32 years of age. mr. della rosa and miss rosa had a child together, a four-year-old son. they were not married. that son was in this premises

della rosa it a relative's place of residence. as a result of that, as well as other investigatory information still being developed we're asking for the public's assistance in contacting the massachusetts state police and methuen police department and ascertain the whereabouts of mr. della rosa, chief solomon will make a short statement with respect to what's happening methuen of chief solomon. thank you, mr. da. so you've heard the situation that occurred. what we want to do is let everybody know that there is no danger to the public. we don't believe anyone else outside of this specific target here being miss rosa is the subject of any danger and we just want to be able to alleviate any fears that the public may have that someone else could be in danger.

rosa? he did not live here. there was again a relationship, prior relationship between miss rosa and mr. della rosa but as i indicated earlier they were not married but did have a four-year-old son together. was he in the house when this happened? did he witness what happened? he was if the house? did the by witness watched? the four-year-old as in the house. we do know know. we cannot say at this point in time based upon the fact that we just make sure we go forward and if in fact he is able to be interviewed we will do that but again this happened this morning. a juror concern is the well-being of the child and as a thanking whereabouts of mr. della rosa. that's where we ask for public assistance in that regard. where is the boy right now? the boy is in a relative's home. the boy is safe. was there a lifetime restraining order that she took out against him? can you confirm that? we're ascertaining again

that there had been some court interaction and we're going to make sure we get accelerate information in terms of that. was that out-of-state court? or was that in massachusetts? we're ascertaining that prior action and what that was so i'm not positive so i doesn't want to guess. the name of the victim is wanda rosa or wanda della rosa? wanda rosa, 29 years of ag. >> reporter: was she alive when you got on the scen and where was the four-year-old? she was found in the house the four-year-old was not in the house of the four-year-old was taken out of the premises by mr. della rosa and brought it a relative's residence so again when the methuen police arrived and did the wellness check miss rosa was here she he was taken to the hospital where she was pronouned shortly thereafter. >> reporter: cause of death? cause of death again we will wait for the medical

until that point of time it would be speculative on our part to say. we're waiting for the me examiner as office to give us the manner and cause of death. do you have a history of being called here for other incidents between those two, chief? no, we do not i have ahistory here in methuen between the two parties. >> reporter: you can clarify the by was dropped off by mr. della rosa before he took off, is that right? he was dropped off at a relatives home? that's correct. >> reporter: did that relative call police? > before he supposedly killed her or after? the boy was in the premises and at some point in time mr. della rosa took him to a relative's house. we're establishing the time line and based upon our investigation right now. was it a relative that contacted police to do the well check? yes.

news from methuen. a woman murdered in a home there the search now on for a killer and we've learned her four-year-old son was in that house. the child is physically okay. >> anchor: police are saying this does in the appear to be random. steve cooper is in methuen where our news conference just wrapped up with some more informs for us. it's very tragic. it didn't have to happen. that's very sad. methuen police were called to five true door street just before 6:00 in morning that's where the victim was discovered. she was clinging to life, rushed to the hospital where she was pronounced dead a short time later. sources say she was choked to death. with the necessity of forced entry they found wanda rosa, 29 of this address, five true door street unresponsive. 27 years i have been living here and he has been living here just as long and never seen anything like it. investigators say her four-year-old son was in the house when she was assaulted but
