live now with more. kimberly? >> reporter: sarah, that arraignment just wrapped up. what we learned in court today is that the suspect was i.d.ed by a witness. he allegedly had evidence on him that linked him to this shooting. this is 19-year-old christian garcia. police say he is a gang member known as kumba. on wednesday night, he allegedly went to chelsea's boston park and open-fired, hitting a 13-year-old boy sleeping in his bed. >> support they are giving me. >> reporter: this is the victim. juan lopez delgado, returning home from surgery where family says a bullet remains lodged in his shoulder. >> they thought they could remove the bullet, but they can't. it is actually stuck in there. >> reporter: a nine-millimeter gun was used in the shooting. shell casings were found in his clothing. >> detectives searched that

'mly with these dew points in the mid-60's. it is humid out there today. the frizz factor is a factor. now, we don't really have shower activity that is moving through at this point. but it will be later on this evening. what's with these mild temperatures? well, you see this warm front that lifted through the area last night. in fact, our temperatures did rise through the night last night. but look at what's happening behind that front. what a difference in temperatures from 71 in albany, to just 50 degrees. you only have to go a few miles for that to happen. a big cooldown is on the way. eventually, we have to get through some wet weather first. we better run through the timeline to plan your weekend.
