regularly now. they're hoping to catch them. jackie says she's been living here for about 5 years. she says she is not afraid, but she is angry. she wants these individuals caught. she says she grew up here in new hampshire and she has no intention of moving away. so that's the latest live here in derry, new hampshire. i'm byron barnett, 7news. also on 7, a home invasion leaving a sterling neighborhood on alert. tonight we are hearing a woman's panicked call for help after she was tied up and robbed by the men took off with her car. >> police found the car, but they haven't found the guys. steve cooper is live in sterling. steve, you have that woman's calls for help. >> yeah, that woman was here earlier today, and she asked us not to show her face and not to identify her in any way. and we're not doing that tonight. but keep in mind that she was bound, tied up with duct tape. she had tape across her mouth, but she was able to call 911 for

>> 911, what is your emergency? >> i have been robbed by three men. >> freeing herself after being bound and gagged with duct tape, a 70-year-old woman calls for help following that brazen home invasion yesterday here on stephanie ann lane in sterling. the three suspects all wearing halloween masks took off after stealing the victim's cadillac. >> how long did house? >> about 3 minutes ago. they left. they have to be in sterling in my 2004leville. >> reporter: combing through the bushes where the cadillac was dumped they are scrambling, following up on several leads that came in overnight and they're also trying to track down surveillance video. >> we're asking anyone in the

suffered from a traumatic brain injury at the age of 4 after falling down the stairs. the defense thinks sampson suffered at least a dozen other head injuries in his life, saying that could have played a par in the murders. in court today the jury heard gruesome details of the killings. they replayed 911 calls made by sampson in which he states he tried to turn himself in and he hated the things he'd done. sampson was convicted of killing three men in a multistate crime spree in 2001. the victims, 19-year-old jonathan phillip mccloskey, those are both from massachusetts, and 58-year-old robert whitney was from new hampshire. sampson pled guilty, sentenced to death in 2003, but the ruling was thrown out in 2011 because of gofer misconduct. today's court proceedings re-opening old wants for the families of these men. >> a lot of memories coming back and we're going through this again and i just don't understand why. >> it's tough, it's tough for

begin to cool off. wide range of temps, 54 to 56 but i have to do that because that's what likely spells out across new england tomorrow. so the morning commute features a lot of clouds but i don't think we'll have any rain tomorrow morning. in fact, even a little bit of sunshine around lunchtime. at noon, here is where the rain is, coming out of new york state, western new england, even some yellow indicating a few downpours but in general, showery mid afternoon tomorrow through early tomorrow evening. not a big rainy stormy day or anything like that. a few showers mid to late afternoon, certainly after the school. but they'll probably have outdoor recess tomorrow because it's dry for much of the day. now the temps, that's the challenge.
