home.the coroner says sophia rhodes died yesterday evening... because of smoke inhalation. inhalation.the fire broke out at this home on green street sunday night.firefighters say four other children...and four adults were home at the time. they tell us the family tried to get all the children out...but were not able to get to sophia because of the heavy flames and smoke.she was found unconscious between a couch and a wall in one of the front rooms. 3 this afternoon... a memorial honoring sophia continues to grow outside the home.grieving neighbors have left statues of angels and stuffed animals. meantime..."first assembly of god" is asking for donations for the family.the church says they need girl's clothes in sizes 6 and 7...and baby girl clothes from zero to three months.the church is also collecting cash and gift cards to help the family get back on their feet.for more information on how you can help...go to foxcarolina.com. 3 meantime in laurens county-two dogs are dead after an early morning fire there.

county are searching for a missing teenage girl this afternoon. 3 deputies say 14-year-old sierra o'bryant was last seen back on january 31-st when she ran away from her family's chesnee highway home.since then efforts to locate her have been unsuccessful. deputies say sierra suffers from an auto immune disease and food allergies.anyone with information on her location is asked to call 9-1-1 or crime stoppers. 3 meantime-parents in pickens county will meet again tonight to talk about how they can keep three schools from closing. closing.the school board is considering shutting down a-r lewis, holly springs and ambler elementaries to save almost 12 million dollars.the board has pushed back a vote on the issue, while parents voice their concerns.tonight, the board is holding a workshop to talk about possible solutions.it's at 7:00 at the district office board room. 3 now time for weather and
