girl's mother saw a facebook conversation between her daughter and roeschen. in it, darryl asks, do you want me to kill them all? jasminne respons yes. darryl: need a list court documents show-- piechocki proceeds to send a list of six names. one of them being her father. the complaint states the girls who then talked to the students who admitted to having a physical relationship. piechocki also admitting to having a "dark mind" thinking about people being slaughtered, eaten, tortured and even stabbed. the boyfriend told school officials he thought it was all a joke and he played along to please his girlfriend. school administrators found a pair of scissors in the boyfriends backpack on tuesday. the complaint says he admitted to stealing them from a teacher with the intent to harm himself--but never did. despite being charged as adults-- both teenagers are

juvenile detention facility. in burlington, bs fox6 news. one person is in custody tonight-- accused of threatening the wauwatosa police department. but police say... it's just one of five threats of violence made since monday. that's when it was announced that no charges will be filed against the officer who shot and killed jay anderson. wauwatosa police say they're keeping all their officers in the loop - while the investigation continues. "we understand this is a dangerous profession, our offic we're both on duty and off duty and we are keeping them apprised of the information we're receiving." the district attorney's office will review the threat arrest in the coming days. a history of neglect: a woman accused of child neglect that resulted in the death of a 7 year old boy... was convicted of the same crime 13 years ago. fox6s bret lemoine

at a vigil held near 19-th and national, members of the group 'guardians of the children' - an advocacy group for child abuse victims - try to process a terrible crime. 7 year old trevion winningham died last week. lk 'how could a grown adult do this to a child?' investigators say the child and his nine year old brother were being watched by etter hughes and mary wounds on their bodies... and appeared malnourished. trevion later died at the hospital. aa 'i dont even like to call them human beings.' its a death april alston says.... aa 'he was just thrown around like a beanbag.' ...could have been prevented. alson is the grandmother of one year old bryan alston. aa 'shes on the news, a baby is dead, and its my grandson!' the child was left in hughes care back in 2003.... his young life... cut tragically short: aa 'final cause of death: sepsis, gangrene of left harm, complications of blunt force injuries, brushing.' hughes was convicted of child neglect in this case... and was sentenced to 18 months

years in prison. prosecutors say 29-year-old sara domres had a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old student she met in her english class. hundreds of incriminating text messages were found on her phone. today she told the court she's already suffered for what she called a mistake. but the judge says it's much more than that. "i was humiliated and crucified by the public. i received... i received hundreds of messages from strangers calling me vulgar names or telling me to go hang myself from a tree." register as a sex offender . more than 400 missing ballots turn up seven days into the wisconsin recount -- and the greenfield city clerk doesn't want to talk about it. political reporter theo keith was in the milwaukee county recount room as this all happened-- theo ? ill show you the explanation the clerk gave to me in a

tonight, planning to come back in the morning to sort this out. greenfields numbers werent matching up today. so the clerk, jennifer goergen, called her office workers and told them, look for misplaced ballots. they found 412 of them in the office. they brought them here and spent three plus hours trying to get the numbers to commission wasnt happy. im not talking about some detailed plan, but a plan, because its vital that this never happens again whats the explanation for what happened tonight? ill just say, the board of canvass will rule tomorrow and id like it to be made public at that point. like i said, there were ballots that were counted but were just not bagged and

point--- you decide what is brewed here. each month we take idea submissions from anywhere across the us for a beer that people would want us to brew. a monthly competition, allows users to submit ideas, and share them with friends. the top 8 go into our monthly vote. a process president henry schwartz says was done automatically using computer algorthyms with no human intervention, now coming with a big apology. we looked into it, and s a name that can not be in our monthly voting round. making the top 8 in this month's competition--- a submission from a man in colorado--- called "date grape". the pun on "date rape" and alcohol going viral online. many expressing outrage. shook my head, like here we go again. maryann clesceri is the head of the nearby at aurora healthcare's "the healing center." they provide free resources for sexual assault victims. she says the beer idea submission is hurtful.

it was pretty stressful and to look back on that and to remember that kind of on a sour note. when lisa's dj didn't show up, it was a shock to her bridesmaids. especially one who had booked the same dj for her wedding in april. so he not only did show up for you but now, what do i do? hannah gutschenritter and her fiance ... paid ciepluch nearly 14-hundred dollars ... for their wedding in april. that makes me mad. he's such a liar. like, i didn't give it to him to spend money for other things, i gave it to him to bring his equipment to entertain my guests. hannah i on july 27th. one month after ciepluch told the b- b-b his business was closed. the first initial conversation should have been, i'm sorry, i'm not in business anymore. the dj's job ... is to bring

most important decisions a couple makes. unfortunately something like this is a black eye to our industry. rich henry of vital image wedding studio ... has been offering discounts to couples ... jilted by dj's couture. we've received over two dozen people who have contacted us. in an email to contact six ... ciepluch said "we are doing our best to come up with a plan to get refunds in revenue coming in, the funds simply aren't there immediately." when i asked him where the brides' payments went ... he said "they've all been used up trying to keep the business afloat as long as we could." i think that he played the system to his benefit and unfortunately, i hate to be the one to say it, i don't think any of those couples is going to get their money back. ciepluch has since moved to texas. the better business bureau ... says ciepluch has promised wisconsin brides refunds ... by may 2017. since july, we've received 6

do with people paying cash up front and not receiving any services whatsoever. thankfully - for lisa and paul dj's couture ... didn't ruin their big day. a guest called in another d-j .... in time for the first dance. luckily we were able to fix it no problems but i could have fallen totally apart. we could have had a lot worse of a night. ciepluch ignored my requests for an intv responded to some of the questions in my emails. when i asked him about taking hannah's money after telling the b- b-b he'd closed ... he said "we had prematurely gone out of business, later tried to keep it open, only to finally fold up in late august. refunds will be given." ciepluch did email some brides to tell them he was closing ... but hannah and lisa say they never got that email. any advice for brides? never pay in full up front. a lot of these brides did ..

from mike daniels. like every sunday night, we'll cap it off with the fox 6 sports blitz at 10:35. we knew this week would be a one where we found out how good the bucks really are at this point. after a difficult one point loss on monday, they were back at it against a strong blazers team tonight at the bradley center. after trailing at the half, the bucks start to close the gap in the 3rd and it starts ont he defensive end with john henson getting one of his 2 blocks in the period. tony snell gives the bucks the lead with the triple from the top. it's delly's turn as matthew dellavadova drills a 3 of his own giving the bucks the lead against at 72-70. jabari parker also comes up big, late in the 3rd he gets the offensive rebound, goes up and gets the lay up and the foul as they take a 9 point lead into the 4th quarter. in the final minutes, parker puts the finishing touches on this one, driving the lane and slamming the door on the blazers. he finishes with 27 while
