i am kimberly suiters. brianne carter is live on the national mall to talk to voters about the investigation's impact on their ballot choice. what are voters saying tonight? brianne: kimberly, this is a copy of that letter, late this afternoon, sent to members of congress. now voters weighing in on this. last laps of the marathon campaign season, and now this latest decision from the fbi. fbi director james comey saying the fbi had concluded a review of the newly discovered e-mails related to hillary clinton. they came to the same conclusion as earlier this year. clinton's campaign weighing in, saying they were confident nothing new would come out of this latest investigation. on the campaign trail, vice

responding, saying mishandling classified information is a crime. we wanted to know what voters think. do they think this ultimately has an impact? >> basically i think that the voters who are reasonable voters who have already thought about the issues. >> i think it hurt some of the senate race. carter welcomed the news that an operation to free the terror group's capital in syria started today. u.s.-backed militia groups are working to loosen the group's "barbaric grip." a developing story out of arizona this evening. fire and police investigators are trying to figure out what sparked flattened an apartment complex near phoenix. nine people were inside the complex when it exploded. investigators believe it was caused by a gas leak. police said people could feel the explosion what happened. the conflict is considered a total loss -- the complex is considered a total loss. we take a live look outside, you can see the breeze, the american flag bringing in cooler temperatures. josh: it is dropping for us

this weekend, i feel it we really lucked out. you will notice a few extra clouds that move into the area as we headed through the afternoon, but not enough to block the sunshine at all. we were able to warm up close to 70 for most areas. centreville, temperatures dropping for us tonight. we have got clear skies and dry air in place. we know how much moisture is in us. that means our actual temperatures will be dropping pretty much like a rock through the overnight hours during clear skies really help with that as well. our breeze lights and up, and with that, we look for overnight lows close to the freezing mark in many places. a pretty good stretch, 35, 45. , across the area tomorrow morning starts out cold, and we stay cooler throughout the day. high-pressure, high temperatures topping out in the low 60's, so compared to today when a lot of

cooler tomorrow. keep the jacket handy. election day, plenty of sunshine, a few more clouds building in as we go through the afternoon and evening, but you will notice the chance for showers move through late during the night and a few stick around into wednesday. but most of this rain breaks down before moving in. i really do not think we will get the rain that we could really use at this point. worked a planner for tomorrow, starting off morning rush in the 40's. some of us in the 30's. few places, you might want to give the car a little time to warm up. grab the sunglasses. looking at sunny skies all day long. cool at lunchtime, tons of sunshine, not too breezy, so you might get away with eating outside. mixer you have the jacket ready to go in for the ride home, sunset early. we are looking at that around 5:00. make sure you have your jacket ready for the way home. tuesday, election day, starting off cool at the polls early in the morning, 47.
