thousands of dollars in expense i equipment were taken. jonathan: there's a search on for a gunman who robbed a pharmacy in colesville. you see two men jumping the counter, confronting workers and demanding education. if you have any information about this robbery, police would like to hear from you. right now a condo complex is officially empty. everyone kicked out because of deplorable conditions. allison: we have new voof the condos being boarded up right there. police spent hours making sure no one spends the night there tonight. our tim barber is live in temple hills. this is just such a difficult and desperate situation for these people there. tim: and for the police who are actually having to make sure that people don't get back into the place tonight. you can see they have the parking lot blocked with barricades here. police are patroling the parking lot and have lights shining down on them.

before 3:00 this afternoon. the victim hasn't been identified, police say they haven't made any arrests in the case. if you have any information, d.c. police would like to talk to you. the army has suspended numerous drill instructors at fort benning in georgia amid allegations of sexual misconduct. the army launching an invest after a female trainee said she was sexually assaulted on post. it's not saying how many sergeants are suspended as a result of this. fort bening is where recruits complete basic training along th training for infantry and other training. >> someone tried to cut down tarps covering confederate statues. the man said the tarp was illegal and stopped when the police confronted him. the charlottesville city council voted to cover the statues after the violence earlier.

jonathan: the national cathedral is discussing what to do about a confederate flag in the window. you're seeing video from last year when the cathedral removed some images of confederate flags. tonight we're told the situation in charlottesville added urgency to the talks. we'll let you know as soon as there's a decision. allison: the american civil liberties union is faced with a question -- is all speech worth defending. some critics have said it has blood on its hands for letting this month's march happen. aclu leaders say they're horrified by the violence but did not cause it. an envoy to the vines committee has resigned because of president trump's response to charlottesville. his memo spelled out the word impeach with the first

alison: new developments after a northern virginia priest admit head used to be in the k.k.k. 40 years ago, before he was a priest, william achison helped burn a cross at the home of a couple in college park. tonight they're speaking out about that ordeal that happened back in 1977. >> you see that on television or something like that but to have one, you know, in your yard, that much hatred in your heart. alison: he would later be charged with cross burnings and making bomb threats and making pipe bombs he served 90 days in jail. the family received $90,000 in damage bus he never paid them. >> you did know what you did. alison: they still want th
