please investigating a crash that sent two people to the hospital. a sedan crashed into the back of a pickup near the intersection of west 45th and bush. this happened around midnight and before police arrived on the scene the driver of the stand got out of the vehicle and ran. another passenger in that vehicle and the driver of the truck were taken to metro. crews will start taking down the gazebo where 12-year- old tamir rice was shot and >> the shooting was one of several that fuel the black lives matter movement. maureen kyle is there with more >> reporter: for the past two years it's been serving as a memorial. you can see the stuffed animals that are still placed her in the messages to tamir rice. it's become the symbol of not only what happened between tamir rice and police but the nation my tension between police and community. his store was one of the few that fueled the black lives matter movement two years ago

the rec center one a police officer pulled up and shot him thinking it was a real gun that's why his mother asked the cleveland city council to deconstruct the gazebo and take it to a storage site as part of the foundation there were hopes it ends up in chicago as part of the civil rights display of stony island arts bank. the museum director will be on- site to watch the deconstruction and oversee. what's unclear is will happen to the spot at the rec center. community meetings are planned be used and at one point councilman said a tree would be placed with a plaque signifying this is where he was shot. those plans are still in the works. we would hear what the community would like to see over the next few weeks. overland police are investigating an attempt to lure a 14-year-old girl into a car this happened yesterday in

his name is shawn grate he's 40 years old and he's being held at the ashland county jail. on an abduction charge. more charges are pending. here is why. yesterday a woman called from an ashland county home and police found her alive discovered 2 bodies any home on covert court police arrested him at the scene. investigators he then confessed to killing a woman at a ho richland county. this is the same home a fire destroyed back in june that authorities say was suspicious. police and that finding the body of another woman lying in a wooded area nearby according to the mansfield news journal richland county prosecutor says this understanding the suspect admitted to murdering all three women. the identities have not officially been released but family members of at least one missing woman shop yesterday hoping to get answers. >> i feel like it's upset this
