what we know is that they say when they arrived the two-year- old was found unresponsive on a parking deck. we also saw a car that had the back window shattered it is unclear if that had anything to do with this incident. that is something we will look into. officers are calling this a tragic accident. we have also learned the parents of this two-year-old were home at the time of the accident. coming up we're going to investigation and they are calling it an accident but there are still more steps to take to close the case. hillary clinton has extended her lead against donald trump in the polls. she leads 50% to 45% among likely voters in the latest nbc news survey monkey pole.

12 officers in charlotte suffered minor injuries after protesters took the street holding signs and some throwing objects. the protest came hours after an officer shot and killed a man. officers were serving a warrant when they found a man inside a car and officials say he had a gun and put officers in imminent danger so one of that officer has been placed on administrative leave as the investigation continues. a committee will hold a hearing to address violence. -- to address mylan. the ceo will address congress about the price hikes. they are facing backlash over prices which have gone up from $100 to over $600 since 2007.
