i regularly cook. today, baked tilapia with a pistachio crust, something different, something simple. i have two tilapia plates. i have the stove preheated between 350 and 400 degrees. what i do is i buy flavored oils and different kinds of oil. this is pistachio oil i buy from oil and vinegar. what i do d -- if you don't have pistachio oil. considering pistacio to last, i like to drizzle a little bit on. -- i make sure i had the tray lined -- the liner with a little bit of foil, it makes it easier

in a food processor or a fine chopper, whatever you have. i took three quarters of a cup and ran them through the food processor. to that i added a little bit of salt, white pepper and panko. it gives you a crust. if you look closely, you see bits of green in there, if i make up a larger amount, you put the rest in a zip lock bag and put it in the freezer. it will be enough for two, three dinners, line it just like this, get it covered. i would take non-stick spray and light ly lightly coat it, just like that,
