it is our chicken club at the bistro. first you take the chicken, it is really a basic row tis ri seasoning on it, oil, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper, italian seasoning. we marinate it for an hour, preferably overnight. get your pan nice and hot. being that there is oil on it, i don't need to put oil in the pan. take your chicken breast and get that sering. i have bacon we'll candy as well. the bacon candying process is easier than you think. >> it doesn't sound easy. >> it is not -- it is very easy actually. all you have to do, take a little bit of brown sugar and sprinkle it on there. >> bacon in the bottom of the pan? >> that's it. a little bit of brown sugar. we'll do ours with a little bit of cracked black pepper. the pepper stands out on the bacon.

just a little bit of honey the brown sugar helps it stick. if you put the honey on there, it would run off you would never have anything sticking to the bacon. we'll put this in the oven for five minutes. i pulled it, tossed it. we take a nice fluffy bun, nice and buttery. we'll take our chechen breast, we do two slices of the pepper candied bacon. we do two slices of the monterey jack cheese. >> can you fit your mouth around that sandwich? that looks huge. >> it will fill you up and keep you going for awhile. two slices of tomato. a little shaved red onion and fresh baby arugula. add mayo and salt and pepper and it will be a nice aiole.
