3 both lanes of eye-26 are now back open this morning after a overturned tractor trailer caused major traffic probles in lexington county last night. it happened just before 7:30 in the the eastbound lanes of mile marker 118, which is about a mile away from the dixiana exit.it's not yet known what caused the vehicle to tip over, but troopers say the driver of the big rig was not hurt, and no other injuries were reported. 3 3 3 evangelist franklin graham will be in columbia today.it's all part of the decision america tour. the focus is to hold prayer rallies to challenge christians to pray for the u.s., it's leaders and to promote biblical principles

3 the midlands housing trust fund hopes to have a resource tool-kit for the community by the end of this year. 3 one local non-profit that serves all of south carolina parents with children with special needs may have to close thier doors come july. pro-parents of south carolina is a group of parents who have been helping other parents for 25 years... but they recenlty lost the "parent training and assistance center grant" from the department of education. the more than 280-thousand dollar a year grant helped provide information and assistance to parents with children with disabilities and developmental delays.they typically serve 6 to 7- thousand families a year. 3 "we love having the opportunity to do it and to do it for free. we're having to charge for training which we've never had to do in the past we want to continue to provide it for free. a lot of
