katherine to the congery river. that meeting is tonight at brennan elementary school. you may see smoke in several areas today. there are three prescribed midlands. the nature conservancy is kurkting a burn at the peachtree rock preserve in lexington. -- conducting a burn. the state forestry commission is conducting a burn at harbison state forest. it will reduce the amount of wildfire fuels and reduce the spread of pests, insects and disease. and fort jackson is conducting another burn. they are burning 301 acres in the interior of the post today. a hearing is scheduled in charleton stud for dylann roof. police say roof confessed to killing nine people attending a bible study in june of last year. in december, a federal judge delayed his trial after his attorney said they still need more time to review evidence in

candidates are in our state today. marco rubio has campaign spots in hilton head and myrtle beach. former florida governor jeb bush has two campaign stops in sumter and also a town hall meeting in columbia at 6:30. texas senator ted cruz is scheduled to campaign in rock hill today. the kasich campaign is riding high after a second place finish in the new hampshire primary. he has campaign stops in georgetown, north myrtle beach and florence. democrat hillary clinton plans to host what she is calling a corridor of opportunity town hall tomorrow in denmark. it will be at denmark elementary school at 3:00. the public must rsvp to attend. bernie sanders does not have any south carolina events scheduled over the next several days. federal and state authorities have reached a $3.2 billion settlement with morgan stanley over beavering practices that contributed to

the nationwide settlement says the batch acknowledges it increased the acceptable risk levels for mortgage loans sold to investors without telling them. morgan stanley said it previously reserved funds for all settlementments. - - settlement amounts. u.s. markets have opened sharply lower following market concerns around the world. batch stocks were hit hard as invemptors worried that interest rates in the u.s. and elsewhere would remain low. the dow industrials were more trading. more than 40 prison guards and officers in jim moran have been indicted on charges of trafficking. a majority of those charged are accused ever agreeing to protect the person they believed was a high level drug trafficker. they worked at nine different prisons. investigators are looking into why a 68-year-old gunman shot and killed two sheriff's deputies in a town near

cold front that has moved through. it is now hugging from the grass down into the southern lowcountry. a little bit of cloud coverage. -- from the grand strand down into the southern lowcountry. light wind out of the southwest. it will still be cold, 32 degrees and all of our lows will range from the upper 20s to the lower 30s. here comes the change in our forecast. as you go throughout the day tomorrow, what we are watching is an area of low pressure that is right now out in the central plains. it will slowly move its way along the deep south and this will head towards the palmetto state. what it will do though, and this is a change in the forecast, we put a little bit of a chance of precipitation because right now, models indicate that, as we go throughout the evening and overnight, we'll have the increasing cloud coverage. by tomorrow morning, a little bit of precipitation may start

esteem that has a lot to do with it. that is embedded in the store. we have a jobs center. there are a number of things. we also do a voucher program where local members of the churches in the community can volunteer time that turns into dollars for vouchers for the church. >> we know how much -- how benevolent our viewers here at wltx are. talk to me about the difference when someone gives to god's care or gives to another charity like goodwill. what is the difference in when you guys are doing and what an organization like goodwill might be doing. >> one is the voucher program. we create dollars that go back into the community. we offereded a family of 15 children, prisoners that are released from jail, we give them three outfits and a pair of shoes to get them started back into society. we have a thanksgiving drive
