shooting at a park and ride in lexington county. police say he opened the door of the victim's car and shot and killed him. his wife maria, who he is accused of trying to kill, said she is not afraid of her husband but doesn't want contact with him. she wants him released on bail to tata care of his restaurants and support his family. the family spoke on his character. >> i'm not afraid of him but i think --. >> i'll stand up in court to vouch for people, for clients and i can assure you that it wouldn't happen again often but i don't think it would happen again ever with this man. >> the judge set a $50,000 sure

wife, no pass port, electronic monitor and he has to live with his parents. he still has to face a judge in federal court. he was witness in the sheriff james mets case. he pleaded guilty in that case to hiring people who were in the country illegally to work at his restaurant. ladies. >> thank you so much a.man charged in the shooting death of a teenager is now out on bond. the bond for 49-year-old scratch-gramme was set today he is charged with voluntary manslaughter after deputies say he shot 17-year-old brandon spencer last saturday morning. he said that he shot spencer after see the teen and another person stealing items from his truck. deputies say he was shot in camden and his body was found about 35 yards away from the truck.

department arrested 29-year-old donald bunch and 30-year-old william graham, both chargeed with drug possession and attempt to distribute cocaine. police got a hip and men were arrested on butler street in columbia. columbia police have accused an uber driver over threatening a taxi driver. he was charged with making a threat with a gun. the incident happened early in the morning on february 12th. the victim said he was parked in a checkered yellow taxi parking space and he refuseed to move. he pulled a gun and pointed it at the cab driver trying to get in the space. >> now, the midland's most accurate forecast with chief meteorologist, jim gandy. today we saw plenty of sunshine over the area.

that have occurred here at the exit ramp, for one. this one is on i-20 going -- i- 26 rather, going through malfunction junction. not too bad heading out the sumter highway. on the northeast side of town most of the interstates are in good shape there is an accident on two notch road. this is clemson road here. we've had a slow-down here on i- 20. seems to be getting better. if you're going from downtown to blythewood, at the moment, it should take about 15 minutes. downtown to clemson road about 13 minutes. the rest of the forecast is coming up. >> thousands paid final respects to supreme court

the system along the eastern sea board. this has been prodoesing high winds here through parts of the midwest. it's been pumping a lot of warm air through mississippi river valley. not much in the way of precipitation. we're beginning to feel that. right now it's 56 in florence, over in myrtle beach at 56, 62 in orangeburg and columbia. computer model is indicate clear skies through evening. closer to daybreak we'll see the clouds coming in. tomorrow they build in and it's going to be mostly cloudy. mostly cloudy tomorrow night but then on sunday this is going to be a batch of rain. our computer model wants to bring the rain from the

half hour of friends at 5:00. with the gop primary beginning soon, the candidates are making a final push. >> marco rubio began his day speak to a packed room at the downtown marriott. there was lot of support from state leads as well. representative trey dowdy was there, representative tim scott, governor nikki haley and frank martin. they all joined rubio on stage asking for supporters to join him. rubio spoke a lot about the veteran and military. he said the military is the smallest and the weakest it's been in hundreds of years. he's promised to rebuild the military and get the air force newer jets. in an exclusive one on one interview today i spoke to him and asked him how he'd make sure the veterans receive

she took swipe at his rivals. donald trump has never shown interest in anybody but himself. marco rubio and ted cruz has shown nothing in their past that suggests they could make a tough decision. tay ear talented beyond belief and it's possible they could do the job. they're far better than hillary clinton or bernie sanders, don't get me wrong but is there anything in their past that says they have the met toll do this job? if you're vote nrg the republican presidential primary tomorrow you'll walk in, cast a vote and leave. it takes voter registration offices weeks of careful planning and preparation for the primary to run smoothly.
