we are seeing some minor delays on the everett turnpike southbound right around the bedford tolls and by exit 11. we are seeing delays on 93 south and in new bern. from the wzid traffic network, i' m deb davidson for 95.7 wzid. sean: we start with breaking news from the town of unity, where firefighters are still battling a two alarm house fire and they are facing challenges caused by a propane tank. the home on unity springs road was engulfed in flames before they arrived in the fire is still not under control at this point. no injuries have been reported. we will continue to give you updates. recreational drones are quickly

erin: the manchester-boston regional airport is introducing a new policy. control? s right. providing a way for those operators to do it. under the new advisory, anyone who wants to fly an unmanned the airport must contact the air traffic control tower and file a flight plan, including altitude. the deputy director says there have not been any incidents yet, but officials expect as many as a million new recreational drones will come into use this year and they want to be proactive. there should not be anything controversial as this is the industry standard. local operators seem to be happy. >> we want to get the word out

five miles of the airport, you need to get permission from the airport to operate that drone. ray: airport officials say the advisory goes into effect immediately. air traffic controllers will try to work out the flight plan with operators, but they will contact law enforcement if necessary. erin: thank you. cleanup efforts are underway after a four alarm fire destroyed a popular restaurant in portsmouth. that fire broke out inside the gas light and it burned four hours. the building dates back to the 1800s. neighboring businesses are concerned for restaurant employees. >> i have a friend who works over at the gas light.

erin: kyle witty was accused of running a red light and brought siding a minivan, killing 60-year-old elizabeth mcquinn. he was acquitted. a former camp counselor will spend the next 2-6 years behind bars after pleading guilty to two counts of sexual assault involving a 15-year-old boy. david johansen admitted he sexually assaulted the teen at a camp in hillsbro. sean: a former employee of the conway area humane society is accused of healing thousands of dollars from her employer. constance harger allegedly used a company credit card for personal expenses while working as the finance and event - manager. she used the car to pay for household bills including rent,

if it was just her hand, she would have slipped and fell up underneath the bus. sean: the girl fell out when the 78-year-old bus driver opened the door at the next stop. the bus driver has resigned. erin: president obama is expected to sign into law just late in overhauling the no child left behind initiative. under the new measure, state and local officials will have greater power in determining how to respond to underachieving schools and teacher evaluations will no longer be tied to student test scores. a student in tennessee was sent to jail for wearing his pants too low. he had to serve 48 hours behind bars after his school resource officer charged him with indecent exposure for wearing saggy pants. >> i didn' t know what else to do.
