in the city with the drug that is used to reverse the effects of opioid overdoses. good morning, ray. ray: good morning. the school superintendent telling us that principles and nurses -- principals and nurses will be trained in how to administer the nasal version of narcan. the school board voted 8-1. the superintendent said he is not aware of any overdose cases, but that it is about being proactive. he said they are also thinking about staff members and parents who may be on school grounds. >> we felt that it was one more tool that could be available in the hopefully unlikely instance that we might ever have an overdose. ray: before narcan is sexually available, the committee will

the committee will review the policies. reporting live, ray brewer. erin: investigators think the same man may be responsible for robberies in concord and goffstown. the clerk at the concord mart was hurt trying to fight off a robber armed with a knife. a man with a similar description also robbed the citizens bank in goffstown. the man is missing some of his front teeth and wore the same hooded jacket. sean: the jury in dover deliberated for about an hour before finding a former businessman guilty of kidnapping. 63-year-old thomas minchiello was expressionless as the verdict was read. the former massachusetts businessman used a false name when he met the 23-year-old

interview to get her to his hotel. he asked the woman to shower, change, and conducted a physical exam. he faces up to seven years in prison. erin: a new report says a navy seal from bedford who died in a parachute accident likely passed out during the jump. a newspaper says the investigation into blake marston' s death found that he should not have been on the plane at all because of a discrepancy over whether one of his certifications was up-to-date. he was supposed to open his parachute five seconds into the jump, but that did not happen and he lost consciousness after 15 seconds. a driver of a bus in warwick, rhode island may have suffered a medical emergency before driving into an auto parts store. none of the injuries are life-threatening. the bus and it up inside the

lost 200 points. erin: revere university -- rivier university is promising students they will find a job within nine months of graduation. if they don' t come of the school will help to pay federally subsidized to do in loans up to a year or offer up to six masters degree courses for free. it is the only school in new hampshire to offer the program. crews are getting ready to remove 30 acres of trees along the runway at the lebanon municipal airport. officials say the trees could be dangerous for trees taking off or landing. neighbors are worried noise levels will go up without the trees as a buffer. the trees should be gone by march. sean: poll foods is recalling 74,000 pounds of frozen pizzas -- whole foods is recalling

hang out during the blizzard. sean: we are going to start hearing about the blizzard babies. kevin: i bet the ratings for the football games over the weekend were through the roof. we start up early this morning fairly quiet out there. temperatures are in the teens to mid 20' s. we are a solid 15 degrees above normal this time of year. we are still 4.5 degrees above normal for the month of january. we are looking like we are only going to jump above that over the next several days. we have a fairly quick moving pattern which keeps the coldest of the arctic air locked up in canada for the type being -- time being. temperatures go from 38 to 46 this afternoon. we have a breeze that will dry us out tonight with clearing skies tomorrow. temperatures slip back into 30' s

pretty good dose of clouds out there this morning. you can see if you break spec to the west. back through new york, you can see some snow shower activity starting to move northeast. a couple of rain showers on the southern extent of this. we are the warmer edge of this system for the time being. the couple of mixed showers or snow showers are a possibility. temperatures up near 10 -- back near 10 up north. we are still pushing 30 around manchester. a very light breeze out of the south and southwest. that is going to help boost temperatures into the afternoon. through tomorrow. we may have a fuel holdouts in

opioid overdoses in any of his schools that he is aware of, but he' s called on the schools to stop the narcan just in case. the nashua school superintendent urged to the school board to be proactive by having the nasal version of narcan in schools. in a district with more than 11,000 students, it would also be available for use on staff and parents. >> it is easy to administer as a nasal spray. there are not known allergies. if you administer a someone you have misdiagnosed, you are not going to harm them. ray: it does not have to be administered by a medical professional. there are still some concerns. >> i question whether we enable people with the narcan. ray: most members want narcan in the school medicine cabinet.

sean: 24-year-old matthew gioia is charged with criminal mischief. the neighborhood was hit earlier this month and back in august. houses, mailboxes, and cars were tagged with spray paint. three other men were also charged. erin: manchester police are trying to figure out who fired several shots on amherst street last night area -- night. police in new ipswich are investigating a crash involving a propane truck. the truck rolled over on route 124 yesterday, forcing part of the road to be shut down. the driver was not hurt. sean: as granite staters gear up to cast their ballots, we are learning that two judges will be

kevin: it is tuesday morning, january 26. 11 degrees there. one of the cooler spots. a couple of snow showers up north into the afternoon. we will talk about the milder stretch of weather coming up. sean: we are following a developing story out of afghanistan. officials say a policeman turned his weapon on fellow officers overnight, killing 10 of them. the taliban has claimed responsibility, saying the shooter is now with them. he fled after stealing all of their weapons and ammunition. erin: a texas grand jury has cleared and parenthood -- planned parenthood of any wrongdoing.

by the time we get -- two thursday, overcast skies moving initially. you can see how today is not going to necessarily be one sky condition for us like it was yesterday. we are looking at a fairly changeable sky. you can see the straddling area of this front to the south and west. anything that does happen would be fairly brief. this is the pattern we are in. it looks like he' s fairly quick moving systems keep the colder arctic air from being too entrenched for several days at a time. temperatures at or above the average. temperatures in the teens and 20' s early this morning.

we usually are for this time of year and time of day. for most areas, it is 42-46. there was a chance of a passing shower at any point today. there will be a chance lingering into this evening. some snow showers will go up through the white mountains and the great north woods overnight tonight. a good deal of sunshine around tomorrow, but the wind turns to will bring temperatures down. s thereafter to wrap up the week. the next of the quick moving systems arrives after. we are not expecting any travel problems from anything we are days. we will see a strong cold front come through.
