they found a large bag of crystal meth. it was clear that both drugs were going to be sold in the area. now officers also found a lot of cash, evidence of drug sales, and a handgun reported stolen out of boston. police telling us that now they are planning to seek federal drugs and weapons charges against the two people involved. one of them is from penacook, the other from nashua. reporting live in tilton, ray brewer, wmur news 9. of helping her grandson sell drugs behind bars. police say 23-year-old dylan malis coo was in jail for drug violations. they listened to a call he made to his grandmother where he sold her to get drugs and sell to one person. they found drugs in her home. she's now free on bail.

drug supply in new hampshire are now expanding. the state is getting $1.5 million to expand operation granite hammer. a total of 18 law enforcement agencies will share the money. some of it will be used to increase area patrols on the highways. sean: take a picture of your filled out ballot. the federal appeals court says new hampshire's ban on the ballot selfies is unconstitutional. back in 2014, state lawmakers marked ballots in an effort to crack down on potential voter fraud. the law was struck down a year ago. but the state appealed. in yesterday's ruling, the federal court says the ban is a violation of free speech. while voter coercion is a compelling interest, the state did not do enough. >> i took a picture ofy ballot and posted it on twitter and on my facebook stage for state

erin: 6:55. updating the top stories. sean: tilton police announced a major drug bust. here's ray brewer. ray: police say this began when an officer stopped the car for having a false inspection sticker. prior to that, the officers noticed the car met at another vehicle. after stopping the car, officers say they noticed evidence of illegal drugs, including heroin, fentanyl, and crystal meth. they also discovered a large amount of cash and a gun that was reported stolen out of helping her grandson sell drugs while he was behind bars. police say they listened to phone calls between dylan maliska and regina miner in which he instructed her to get drugs from the home and sell them. sean: voters will be allowed to snap a photo of their ballot and post it on social media without the threat of violating state
