ines: lots of flooding and accidents. and 280 eastbound, eastbound, a truck off of the roadway, but the guidance state parkway, dealing with flooding, the west side highway, 96th street, it is definitely flooded. harlem river drive a lot of flooded spots, harlem river drive, 150 as soon as you come off of the george washington bridge, the triborough bridge, a lot of people just drive. especially with this dark roadway, queens, back to the map, cross island parkway, mudslides and flooding by northern boulevard, one lane blocked.
