two weeks later justice is served. at this sentencing of a killer. >> that victim of course sunny patel was only 15-years-old. a sophmore at mayfield high school working at cleveland heights mr. hero. shanice dunning was in court as a killer learned his fate. more than a dozen members of the patel family were in court for the sentencing of daveion perry including sunny's aunt and uncle. they shot and nephew for quick cash. here you can see it stopped in time. a flash followed by the gunshot hit and kill sunny patel. >> i inhalant you for being the last person sunny saw in his last moments filled with fear. the man holding that gun 20-year-old daveion perry who lived on washington boulevard minutes away from the patel's mr. hero on south taylor road. words do not do justice the pain we feel.
