investigators say october 13 he hit and killed 55-year-old john kudryk in a wheelchair at west 125th at holmden. the other driver was arrested and lugo left the scene and later turned himself in. the bond is at $100,000. we are also getting answers about a deadly police shooting in north royalton. the medical examiner identified the man who died as 45-year-old jun wang. police say officer twice serving a probate order on independence drive. the officer's injuries are not life-threatening. >> mark: a jury found a vermillion police officer not guilty of assault. he was charged after a violent of a suspect. bolton will be sentenced december 12 and will face six months in jail and $1,000 fine. ba'ath township police sent these pictures somebody broke
