enforcement t turning adly. the leader and several members of the group now under arrest. abc's neal karlinsky has the late in burns, oregon, g good morning. >> reporter: good morning. a dramatic and sudden turn of events herere out he overnight with no warning. as a result all of the group's leadership has been taken into custody with the except of one armed rancher killed by law enforcement here overnight. this morning, a shoot-out betweethe armed occupiers of the federal wildlife refuge in rural oregon and police including the fbi has left one occupier dead and another wounded. group leader ammon bundy and his brothewere arrested in the shoot-out and could be seen handcuffed on the road. the armed militia seized control of this national wildlife refuge in early january and they have occupied it ever since. group's spokesman lavoy finicum was killed i in the sht-out during a traffic stop outside the compound. he spoke with george earlier this month.

we are back now with the latest on t the mosquito-borne zika virus. the number of cases here in the u.s. growing. so far, 20 cases in 9 states and another 19 in puerto rico and now a number of airlines including american and jetblue are offered worried travelers waivers and refunds for trips they booked to the affected areas. linsey davis has all the latest. >> reporter: growing concern about the spread of the dangerous zika virus. president obama even convening a meeting on the issue tuesday emphasizing the need to develop a vaccine to fight the virus. the fear is a possible link between the virus and abnormal brain development in developing babies, microcephaly that can cause them to be born with abnormally small heads. >> it's a lifelong problem. >> reporter: this on top of a travel advisory for pregnant

going to keep getting better and better as we head into the weekend, starting with today! we are going to be a bit overcast with partly sunny skies and a high in the mid 30s. the winds will be strong out of the southwest around 10 to 20 mph, but that will only help move our highs into the 30s. tonight we're going to see more clearing skies with the overnight lows staying in the upper 20s. thursday will be breezy with highs again landing in the upper 30s. friday should be absolutely beautiful as the highs climb into the mid to upper 40s, and saturday looks just about as nice! there may be a brief wintry mix on sunday with highs falling back into the lower 40s. a large winter storm system still has it's eye on us for early next week. it's too early to have

highs falling back into the lower 40s. a large winter storm system still has it's eye on us for early next week. it's too early to have reliable snow amounts but if this system doesn't change course we're likely looking at a couple days of rough driving conditions. we'll continue to follow it closely through the weekend and keep all of you updated.
