and debit card customers are learning acme's parent firm has been apparently hacked by someone looking for credit card information. the announcement appears on the acme web site if you scroll down and look just to the right of the recipe for chile, is there an alert. using somewhat confusing verbiage, it suggests account numbers names and expirations dates with a possible targets but not social security numbers or birth dates since they are not part of the payment process. at one point it says though it is not ensure if anything was taken. with you then it indicates if a customer used a card between june 22nd and july 17th or august 27th and september 21st, they are eligible to receive automatic protection with the free credit monitoring services, all clear, secure for the next 12 months. acme then provides a phone number. well, acme keeps saying thinks being done in an abundance of caution. if you go to the web site and read through can combo through it. it runs for seven pages but

you can find that telephone number which would be helpful if you need to find out more information. we tried to reach out to acme tonight as i said to try to get some specific answers and so far we have not heard back from them. live from bala cynwyd, john rawlins for "action news" at ten on phl17, back to you all. >> thank you, john. police and fire crews had to keep a close eye on the gas station pump hit by a car tonight. vehicle crashed into the utility pole and then that sunoco gas pump at castor and richmond around 8:00 o'clock tonight. witnesses say that there was an explosion, as a result, an 18 year-old female was transported to temple university hospital, and her condition, it not yet known, the gas has been shut off at the station and peco is working to secure the scene. philadelphia police say a 42 year-old mother was executed, in front of her own children. catherine berry was shot several times saturday night on the 3200 block of moore sleet in strawberry mansion.

police say she was walking the dog with her 13 year-old when a man walk up to her and fired several shots. berry's daughter was one who called 911 for help. police, do have surveillance video of the incident but they are in the releasing it at this point. >> you see them walking up the street and then out of the shadows, a male was being described as a black male, in his early 50's, heavy set, with like a gray beard, pulls out a gun and walks right up to her and fires nine or ten shots right at her. striking her several times and killing her. >> police are asking the public for any information, about this crime, and there have in the been any arrests so far.
