"action news" reporter sharrie williams has the the big story at the big board tonight, sharrie. >> reporter: shirleen, we have a lot of information, new information, tonight from a press conference, held this evening. first of all, officials are stressing at this point as we know there is only one person, thomas eric duncan, confirmed to have the ebola virus and he is isolated in dallas and fighting for his life. of course this is only confirmed case in the united states. meanwhile we have more information, a major point in reference to what they called the the contact list. that is the number of people to have come in contact with the one person who is infected. it started out high, at 100 people and then limited to it 50 and tonight that number is down to ten. finally out, watch as family members ordered to stay inside their dallas apartment, leave. they were told to stay put because they were in contact with ebola patient thomas duncan. none of the members are showing symptoms of the virus,

however, they were told to stay inside, even though soiled clothing belong to go their ill loved one were still there. county judge of dallas personally horded the family out and said they are being relocated to an undisclosed location in dallas, emphasizing that they are people too, and deserve to be treated as such. >> a location that would be acceptable for my family or your family. they are good people, kind people, people who care about their community and they are obviously worried about their own health, they are concerned about your health as well. >> reporter: now five days after ebola patient thomas duncan was admitted to a dallas hospital a crew went inside and decontaminated the unit. clean up is happening in two phases with phase one already complete. items belong to go duncan have been properly quarantined

a as we look at the records, 33 and 90 degrees. it is 60 in trenton right now. sixty-two allentown. sixty-four in wilmington. sixty-five in dover. still relatively mild for this time of the year and that is going to remain the case overnight, temperatures in the upper 50's for lehigh valley but most areas around 60 to 62 degrees. typical low for philadelphia is 55. so we're running a good 6 degrees above normal. satellite and radar showers are moving in but looking to the west, not tracking a line of thunderstorms or any severe weather. the front is still near cincinnati, pushing into the eastern part of the ohio valley. so it will be sometime before the front completely clears our area so by 3:00 in the morning the the showers over spread east of philadelphia, maybe a few heavier downpours. you could hear rumble of thunder but it would just be a generic thunderstorm passing through. 9:30 still some the scattered showers around and that continues at least for the shore communities until 2:00 in the afternoon.
