handled labs from thomas duncan. she has voluntarily gone into quarantine on the ship. amber vincent flew from dallas to cleveland. two days later she contracted ebola while caring for duncan. >> air travel is in fact how this disease crosses borders and it's how it got to texas in the first place. frontier airline contacted all those who shared the airplane with vincent. 21 days is how long it will take to become sick after being exposed. meanwhile, nurse nina pham being treated at the national institute for health in maryland is in fair condition. governor tom corbett said

three pennsylvanians were on the plane with the nurse who tested positive for ebola. the cdc has cleared them to return to the state. the governor tried to relieve fears about that happening. >> you need to have more than a presence in the same airplane. you need to have some type of transference and touching of bodily fluids. we're trying to calm everybody down. meanwhile, barack obama named ron klain always the ebola czar. should someone in our area test pose continue for ebola, mayor nutter and city officials discussed their preparation plans to deal with the outbreak,

"action news" reporter, david henry has the details. >> i want to reassure all the philadelphians and the folks in the area, our team is working very, very hard and we know what we are doing. >> reporter: the city health commissioner said all city hospitals are prepared to treat and treat anyone who shows up with ebola. there are no cases of ebola in philadelphia, but if one shows up, it will show up at the university of pennsylvania hospital. it has agreed to treat healthcare workers who get infected in africa. anyone who has symptoms call for an ambulance or go to a hospital emergency room. if someone shows up at a city health center, it says the workers are well protected. >> we have gloves and gowns and

people escaped a burning home in burlington county. 911 calls came in at 1:30 when flames broke out on union avenue in willingboro. they are investigating the possibility that utilities were shut off and residents were using candles for light. the official cause has not been determined. >> philadelphia police are looking for a man in connection with the stabbing death of his girlfriend. 51-year-old lottie denny was found stabbed several times inside her home on south 63rd street in southwest philadelphia. denny a prison guard hadn't been seen since tuesday. police say there were no signs of forced entry, but it appears there was a struggle. her missing truck was found last night in south philadelphia. police in atlantic city continue to investigate the discovery of a bullet inside a school cafeteria.

the discovery led to a lockdown at the institute of technology. they found nothing. police are looking for four women involved in a road rage incident with a school bulls. investigators say saint catherine drexel students on the bus were arguing with the women in the suv. >> the suv cuts off the bus and two women get out of the suv and one comes out of the baseball bat and striking the school bus several times breaking a window. >> one student suffered minor cuts from the shattered glass and treated at the school. >> from our new jersey

today we're on the warm side of this. winds shift out of the west/northwest, cooler canadian system sets up shop over the next couple of days. along with the cooler temperatures comes a gusty breeze. 11:30, gusts generally 20 to 25 miles per hour, these winds are out of the southwest which is a milder breeze. as we get into tomorrow, that winds shifts, that's what's pulling the cooler air in here. gusts as 20 to 25 miles per hour as early as tomorrow morning. same thing in the afternoon. 3:00 p.m., sunday afternoon, this model says 5 degrees, that's it for philadelphia. allentown, 51. poconos, 46. millville, 54. and 55 in wildwood. will also if you're heading to the shore, perhaps you have
