5-year-old and a 7-year-old home alone in deplorable conditions, the mother was arrested. the home in upper darby is declared unfit for human habitation around 10:00 last night the next door neighbors called 911 when their detector went off. and when finding nothing there they went next door, they found the home next door had no heat and the oven was on for warmth and a space heater in a back bedroom the police found a 7-year-old girl and her 5-year-old brother, she told police her mother was at work and she was baby sitting. >> the fire was declared a hazard because of the oven being used as a source of heat and a

as well as millville 52 in dover so pretty uniform temperatures south and east and average for this time of year and much cooler to the north and west. reading 46 and allentown 42 degrees also we still have snow pack on the ground helping the temperatures stay a little bit below normal. high pressure is in control and you can see the void, from memphis to houston, the moisture is beginning to train off the gulf of mexico and will combine into low pressure from the south and low pressure from the north and west here for the beginning of the weekend, but until then, that high is going to say hey i'm still in control here for friday and morning sun with increasing clouds in the afternoon at 52 degrees, but the high will weaken and the lows merge together and we see a soaking rain on saturday between a half inch and inch of
