5-year-old and a 7-year-old home alone in deplorable conditions, the mother was arrested. the home in upper darby is declared unfit for human habitation around 10:00 last night the next door neighbors called 911 when their detector went off. and when finding nothing there they went next door, they found the home next door had no heat and the oven was on for warmth and a space heater in a back bedroom the police found a 7-year-old girl and her 5-year-old brother, she told police her mother was at work and she was baby sitting. >> the fire was declared a hazard because of the oven being used as a source of heat and a

police say that a murder that happened 35 years ago in arkansas was solved hundreds of miles away in delaware james clay, 70 years old was arrested in sussex county yesterday and the fbi was working with police to track him down, he is charged in the 1970 kidnapping of james ricks in jackson county, arkansas, he is held now without bail pending an extradition hear. two agents are under investigation accused of driving while drinking on white house grounds. >> another black eye for the secret service, two agents are removed from their positions for allegedly driving a government car while drunk and crashing into a white house security
