details. >> reporter: the suspect has been arraigned and formerly charged with institutional sexual assault. on the surface this story is sensational enough but we are told that the suspect in this case is married with children. >> this is 49-year-old kelly alldanger, at the hearing where she was charged with having sex with a 17-year-old parked in a car. the discovery was made by an easton police officer on routine patrol. it revealed that she met the victim while working as a substitute teacher at easton high school. >> the relationship started a year, year and a half ago and the juvenile victim was a student at one time. >> despite what you think, police will sometimes patrol this cemetery, because this is not the first time people have come here to be intimate. it's a beautiful place listed on the register of historical

parlors. police have identified the construction worker hit and killed on i-95 in wilmington. police say he was part of a crew placing barrels and signs on the northbound side near the brandywine river bridge. he was hit by a minivan traveling at a high rate of speed. the driver stayed on the scene. a floor collapsed trapping three men in west philadelphia at a home. the home was water damaged and gave way, trapping a man in the basement on southford street. contractors were there and alerted firefighters he was in the basement. the firefighters had to use airbags to get the debris off the man and get him to the

hospital. we'll have more on that tonight at 6:00. in new jersey now, a burlington county animal shelter is working to save dogs from having a cruel fate overseas in asia they are considered a meal in waiting. nora muchanic has the story. >> reporter: say hello to isabella, jean and merlin, three dogs being cared for in west hamilt hamilton. they were among 100 droig dogs saved from a meet market in south korea. >> dogs on top of each other and just the worst thick you can probably imagine for them. >> the dogs were being kept in a restricted area while staffers work to acclimate them. >> they are scared but they are not aggress he at all. they are not mean or trying to bite us. the dogs are stressed and

rain but we'll get clouds tomorrow. plenty of clouds and showers are tapering off to a few spotty showers. 51 in philadelphia and wilmington 49 and the boardwalk in atlantic city 51 degrees. future tracker 6 showing tomorrow is better than today. but plenty of clouds with temperatures in the 50s. by lunch time 60 degrees perhaps a little bit of brightening in the skies in the lehigh valley. and the clouds remain tough through the evening rush hour. another dreary day tomorrow. the five-day forecast, mostly cloudy and 64 degrees and thursday looking nice a mixture of sun and clouds and warmer, 72 and the pick of the week is friday, mostly sunny and 76 and great weather for the union game and the phillies and then we go downhill fast. rain is likely and 65 degrees and sunday a lingering shower and lots of clouds and 68 degrees and early next week the chance of more rain on the way.

investigating a shooting in wissinoming that left a suspected burglar dead. they converged on this home on higby street. a 20-year-old suspect died at the scene and the second suspect showed up at the hospital for treatment. detectives are asking for your help identifying this man in surveillance video. they believe he is one of two men that tried to rob another man on april 30th. police say that the victim fought back against the duo and the victim was shot and rushed to the hospital in critical condition, the other suspect involved in the attack is identify but refused to identify his accomplice. >> an overturned tractor trailer spilled its cargo across the schuylkill expressway today and it's still causing big traffic tie-ups tonight. chopper 6 hd was over the eastbound lanes over the girard

exit this afternoon. it's not clear what cause tropical disturbance. the driver of the big rig was rushed to the hospital with injuries. matt pellman will have an update on that backup in a few minutes. police have arrested two brothers, daniel and william tate are facing charges including arson by explosives. police say that the two brothers destroyed multiple buildings including an amish phone shed a well pump and a different type of shed. nobody was injured but the investigators say the brothers stole the items they used to make the bombs. traffic is getting back to normal after a crash on 295 in mercer county. just after noon today the driver lost control and crossed into the lanes, it all happened near

the exit for sloan avenue in hamilton township. both driver involved were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. >> police are hoping you recognize the man in the video there. police say he was a serial bank robber. the man demanded cash from the teller who then handed it over. police and the fbi say this man is responsible for official bank robberies in the center city area. there is a crash reward for information leading to the arrest. >> the scene, a delaware woman convicted of stalking her former daughter-in-law has died in a texas prison. she was sentenced to life in prison in february, found guilty of stalking christine belford. she and another woman were killed in the courthouse by minutewitz's husband.

this is the scene at 2800 block of cecil b. moore avenue. the flames started on the second floor and got it out quickly. nobody was hurt. a forklift driver escaped with hi life when his rig caught fire when it caught fire in wilmington this afternoon. firefighters say the vehicles were fully engulfed in flames when they arrived at a one auto sales, the flames started when the forklift was moving and spread to the building and damaged the roof. an environment at team is responding for a spill. camden water is teaming up for a new partnership. they will train young people for the center for power core program and help to identify areas of infrastructure. >> matt pellman is back with the

latest on the commute home, a slow one. >> the worst commute we have seen in a while. now 83 minutes to get east from the blue route to the vine, it starts back in king of pressure 202, a long slow crawl, a zoo just past the exit for the zoo where this truck flipped over hours ago, most of the truck is removed but some of the it is still there. it's right lane is open to traffic and it's a massive backlog from 202 on in. think ridge pike and kelly drive or use route 30 and deal with the traffic lights and speeds in the teens, and a huge westbound gaper delay. that delay is spilling back to the vine street expressway into center city and then a vehicle broke down in the delay by broad street. so a long slow crawl at 95.

malibu, california. the man and dog are okay. and the cause of that fire is under investigation. the faa, is doing some more tests on a drone detection system. testing at jfk airport in new york examining the ability of the system to identify five types of drones. 7,000 drones were bought in the u.s. last year and they have been spotted near airplanes, they are not allowed to fly within five miles of airports without permission. on sunday a group of tourists decided to bury their friend, louie lopez and in these pictures only his head was sticking out and once the tide starting coming in louie became trapped. six lifeguards were able to shovel him out of the sand. >> it kept getting bigger and bigger and filling up the hole

as we look at double scan live radar once again cannot shut the faucet off. the entire month of may. extremely gloomy and as we close in to stormtracker 6 live double scan in and around center city still dealing with steady light and at times moderate rain especially wilmington and swedesboro, you see the darker green here. the farther north and west of the pennsylvania turnpike, it's lighter and some drizzle at times but the steady rain continues into much of southern new jersey and southern delaware and here at the split of 70 to 72 out of ocean county into burlington county. eventually the steady rain will break apart and the clouds hang on overnight and the rain stops falling. 62 is the high today. before the rain pushed in and tumbled into the 50s. falling 92 degrees, that is the
