>> this is kyle reece allen, charged with burglary and a long list of other crimes. he worked at the terminal in upper darby and now accused of stealing septa parts from depots all over the area. it started in early may when police were called to the frontier facility in plymouth township. the management and other employees noticed that batteries were missing and that manager recognized allen drive ago way from the facility where he had no business being just prior. septa and other law enforcement agencies got involved in the investigation and found that since january 18th allen allegedly stole all kinds of equipment from septa facilities in montgomery and delaware counties and philadelphia. >> 260 catalytic converters and
