>> reporter: glen would shoot into a white car and man and woman were inside. the woman was shot 8 times in the torso. the pursuit would end in the alley on south 48th street after a brief exchange of gunfire, first with university police officers, and then with city police, glen was shot and pronounced dead at 11:45. >> this is something you can't get your brain around it, so many people hurt in one incident. >> reporter: there was no indication that glen was radicalized although he had a long criminal history. they found a letter on him that said domed people where he expressed hatred toward police and his parol officer. fire damaged a well-known wedding venue in camden county.

the fire started at the mansion in voorhees. firefighters got a handle on the flames saving the hall from being a total loss. the search is on for the cause of the fire. an unusual discovery outside a center city church has the attention of the fire marshal. someone called police after spotting a five gallon gas container and small wooden cross placed together near 17th and sansom. officers called fire marshalls they are investigating this morning. fbi is taking over the investigation of a race route in lbi, runners of the race were scheduled to pass by the area around the time of the blast, the event was delayed and cancel the. race organizers say the cancellation was due to an unattended backpack being found. police flooded the area and
