yourself extra time this morning. the next band shows the heavy rain falling from cape may to sea isle city and atlantic city. running up the garden state parkway and route 9. there's the villas and reeds beach. here's the northern fringes of hurricane matthew. it's the delmarva that's seeing the heavier rain. as the this came onshore, it's incredible. some areas picked up over 17 irntion of rain. we have -- inches of rain. we have flash flood warning for dover, river view, harrington, picked up 2 inches of rain since it started yesterday afternoon and looking at least another 3/4 of an inch to perhaps an inch when all is said and done. if you live a flood-prone area

keep alert to your roundings, swollen creeks and streams. it's an area that floods, keep that in the back of your mind. the wind advisory goes into effect, all aerials shaded in the green, cumberland, atlantic, cape may, kent and sussex. winds gusting up to 45 miles per hour as matthew works out to sea. here's the remnants of what was once the remnants of hurricane matthew packing winds of 75 miles per hour which is hurricane force but it's become extra tropical, it no longer has tropical features like an nor'easter. something you will see in the winter months. heavy rains being thrown back to the coast over the next several hours. this has made landfall in charleston, south carolina.
