app on the google play stores. developing overnight the search is on for killers who shot a young man in front of his own mother. this happened in the 2100 block of third street in chester. several systems barged into an arm, a 20-year-old man was inside with his mother. one of the suspects shot the man several times killing him. his mother was not injured. at this point the motive behind the attack is unclear. >> back now to our coverage of hurricane matthew, it is being blamed for ten deaths in the united states. two people in north carolina swept away in their car by floodwaters. the storm is moving out to sea as the dumps a foot of rain on north carolina flooding homes and businesses 100 miles inland. dozens of people in the state had to be rescued from their cars. south carolina governor warned the residents it was too dangerous to return to their homes. >> what i am going to ask for
