rittenhouse square. he is charged as an adult turned himself in over the weekend, according to police he and another man were trying to commit a robbery in the park and a third man tried to stop them and he allegedly opened fire and the shooting victim is expected to be okay and the second suspect has not yet been identified. in southwest philadelphia police are looking for the shooter seen in this video. you see the suspect fire several times outside of lucky garden chinese on the 2400 block of 62nd street. one person was hit and the suspect heads inside and opens fire again hitting another person, if you have any information you are asked to call philadelphia police. contract talks resumed today less than a week before septa employees would walk off the job, right now the workers union that operates city transit are at odds with multiple issues including pensions and health
