hour on his condition. well police in philadelphia are investigating yet another violent incident near the temple university campus this afternoon. they say someone opened fire with a paint ball gun from a building nearby. action news reporter christie ileto is live at the scene with details christie. >> reporter: walter if you look closely you can see the remnants of the paint balls fired from across the street and until 45 minute ago police were on scene focused on the home believing that is where the paint balls came from and several residents are shocked by the incident but some temple students say this issue has been on going, action news camera rolling as police cuffed this teen after they received multiple reports that someone was firing paint balls out of a home on 15th and diamond. temple university confirms to action news a temple student was hit. >> shooting a paint ball gun out the window. >> worries me and us. >> reporter: didn't need to go
